Now that's a decent price. I take it the aspire bvc heads will fit, it looks like most of the parts are nautilusy. the top part isn't as nice as the original but it would look great with the ss cage tank protector wotsit that aspire do. how did you come across that, was it recommended or just a lucky find? I usually wouldn't get anything with 0 ratings but for that price it's probably worth a punt. next friday I'll order one of them I think. thank you Perpetua

hmm I've got some de-ionised water there I may try cutting a small amount with it but don't really want to experiment on the whole bottle, the background flavours are quite subtle and it would be a shame to mute them by diluting it too much. I've vaped it as low as 6w but this gives a far too cool vape for my liking. at the moment I'm going at it with 9w, which seems to be as high as I can take it, even then I'm priming it first by taking an unfired draw before vaping to make sure it's nice and juicy. Definitely . . . just try 5 or 10ml first, to see what difference if any it makes. Part of the problem I'd suspect is the high setting you're using especially if that's on an iStick - on a 1.8ohm coil I'm at 5.8watts. Have you tried Virtual Vape's unicoils with your PT? yes I've got a unicoil in one of the tanks. it works nicely but to be honest I think the ones I've done myself are as good, if not better. certainly in terms of flavour anyway. I've tried it at 6w, but it was far too cool for me. it might well be fine at that setting but it would be pointless as I'm getting no satisfaction. I think I'll just see how it goes in the kraken before going down the road of diluting it. maybe I'll get a nautilus for christmas as well! hints have been dropped.

I've mixed juices before to 30/70 pg/vg but nothing has come out remotely as thick as this. it gloops. hmm I've got some de-ionised water there I may try cutting a small amount with it but don't really want to experiment on the whole bottle, the background flavours are quite subtle and it would be a shame to mute them by diluting it too much. I've had my eye on a mini nautilus since I saw one on an istick - they look brill! can those bvc heads be rebuilt? In other news, fasttech have released the kraken! (sent to overseas) so i may hold fire to see how that works out, as well as the orchid v2 I've got on order. christmas has well and truly blown my vaping budget so I can't really justify spending £18 on another new tank yet.

I've got a 30ml bottle of Sucker Punch by Suicide Bunny there, it's a delicious juice but is thicker than a premiership footballer! I have been vaping it in a PT2, which has a good tight draw, but no matter how I set my coils and wicks up, I can't avoid the odd dry hit. I don't have the same problem with any of the other juices I'm vaping. There are so many new clearos out there with brand new heads, so which one wicks best out of the box? Needs to be 22mm or smaller to look pretty on my istick.

Finally got round to trying this again, I guess 5 months does the trick! Dug the bottle out the other day, and wondered what the bottle of dark brown juice was...hmmm, gave it a sniff and it finally twigged. the change in colour has been quite dramatic. anyway, the flavour is all there now, although still not particualrly strong. it's actually very pleasant. a nice warm vanilla (not custardy) with a slight bourbon taste around the edges. you can get a bit sick of the fruity, and sweet flavours after a day vaping them, this is the perfect antidote. a good evening vape.

Had a little search for some steel cable wick for my on-order kraken genesis and came across this site.
The prices on there are fantastic, although their product list is a bit limited. Their postage costs are very good, too.
Anyway... ordered in the night time, got my confimation email, next day got my dispatch email, and first thing the following morning I got my very well packaged steel cable.
Excellent service!

in my experience fasttech are reliable, but not quick. I've had about 10 orders in with them for vaping gear and found that the delivery times range from about 20 days to 40. anything quoted as authentic on their site will be the real deal, and a good 30-50% cheaper than UK prices, but the trade off is the delivery time.
if you chose myepack instead, they are IMO the best UK vendor. cheap prices and quite often next day delivery if you order early enough in the day.

this morning, instead of going to bed like I should, I decided to rewick one of my old kanger single coil heads with cotton so I could have a "brand new" head to test my istick with (I ran out of heads doh but have a virtual vape unicoil on order which should arrive tomorrow). I need to hit up myepack for more heads really, I kept putting it off and now I only have this newly wicked one and another that's a week old left. luckily my wicking skills shone through and it's working perfectly, my apple cinnamon swirl tastes lovvvvely. so, after sitting up waiting for the posty with my istick, and the sudden flash of rewicking inspiration, I didn't get to bed until 11am after finishing work at 6. so tired now but at least I'm vaping happy. So you finish work at 6pm, sit there getting drunk and then think "good time for rewick", then another drink, then yea i'll have another go hic, whats the time ? disgusting lol, "and i'm late for work !" Know what your talking about I used to start at 3am, days on its head. MP well, it was a slice of leftover pizza and a can of diet coke , but that's pretty much it! your version sounds much better though.

mine arrived this morning.
it's brilliant, even at 3.5v it's throwing out flavour harder than my old spinner and twist. looks great pared with the PT2 as well, they're perfectly balanced although not sure how it would look with one of the bigger attys on top - it's sooo tiny.
got a really nice quality feel to it as well, the materials are, in the main part, excellent. the only minor downside so far is the buttons - they feel a little plasticy and rattle a bit if you shake the mod. also, and this is meaningless really to me as I have plenty of wall plugs that work already, mine shipped with a US wall plug. the micro USB cable itself, however, seems decent enough and has a good length.

cheers VapingBad I had a look last night and found some steel rope for about £1.50 a meter, seems a lot less fiddly to use than cotton anyway. plus custards are WAY overrated

haha I got halfway down the 1st page thinking "what a strange thread" before realising the images weren't loading up on the ancient web browsers they use in work. I'll take a look at that tomorrow cheers.

2. No matter how much they beg, how much they scream, never wick them with cotton. It doesn't matter if you use cotton on other devices, it is like kryptonite to a kraken. Silica and SS mesh are your friends here. thanks for the info, could you explain that though? some of the builds I've seen (admittedly only on google images) are cotton. How well would cotton wrapped in steel mesh work? cheers.

...based soley on the sexy look of the thing (it was £7 and had great reviews), so...my question is this - can someone tell me how to use it please? bare in mind I've got the time it takes the thing to ship from china to figure out what I'm doing.
