Greg the sale of goods act, state that the item sold must be as described, in satisfactory condition and be fit for purpose, regardless of what is in the terms and conditions of a website, the above applies to everything that is sold. Distance selling regulations changed on the 13 June this year, to protect the consumer even more, but that is more down to cancellation policy which now even extends to ebay. if you buy at atty that isn't working the day you get it, then you have every right to return it as it is not in a satisfactory condition and not fit for purpose, I don't think a lot of vendors think of the sales of goods act when they write these things on their websites etc. they now also have to state their cancellation policy, and acknowledge that customers have the right to cancel and will get a full refund including postage. Websites also now have to have their trading address on their website or sent in an email to customers at the point of sale. They also have to have a policy on returning faulty items and offer a refund including return of postage, as well,

just wondering if you are aware that although you charge for a 3 month warranty the items you sell would be covered under the sales of goods act and have to be fit for purpose in the first place, and if anything went wrong in the 1st year, you are obliged to repair, replace or refund anyway, any battery e cig you sell should be fit for purpose for at least a year.
so charging for a 3 month warranty is why i would never buy from you. There is also a strong possibility that an e cigs are actually covered under sales of good act for up to 6 years electrical items,

but not while i'm watching my soaps at 7.00 they don't have to mow the lawn lol,  why can't they do it at weekends or on they day off, if they work weekends, doesn't have to be in the evening, we don't mow the lawn in the evening my hubby does it on his day off, I just like the quiet life i'm used to this is meant tongue in cheek? People have to live. This is my first summer in our new house and yeah folks mow their lawn after work, shout at their kids who have been off school for 3 weeks already here. Barbecues lit for tea with god only knows what to get them started  and don't get me started about the big boys with their motorcycle toys that never seem to leave the driveway but get revved up and cleaned to within an inch of their life! I have had the displeasure to live next door to proper antisocial neighbours, this current set up feels like bliss to me  and nobody can complain about my dogs barking etc but not while i'm watching my soaps at 7.00 they don't have to mow the lawn lol, why can't they do it at weekends or on they day off, if they work weekends, doesn't have to be in the evening, we don't mow the lawn in the evening my hubby does it on his day off, I just like the quiet life i'm used to |

i drink loads more than i used to i've got through 2 concentrate bottles of sugar free squash in the past two weeks, i've had to stop as it was causing a flare up of a bladder condition, so i've gone back to just plain water now, and don't drink as much as i don't like plain water, but i have had more headaches but put it down to the hot humid weather of late,
i need to find a squash that is sugar free and doesn't play havoc on my bladder, to up my intake again hopefully that will help the headaches,
but as to vaping to much i think i vape about 5 ml of 12-24mg most days, i mix three blends up which one is 12mg one is 18 mg with a dash of a 24mg juice
but i like the blend i've made and it's now my main vape, twilight with a bit more fruit and a doze of black ice or menthol to make it sing, and i love love love it,
trouble is i love it to much and can't get enough of it,

i live in the country but do live in a street it used to be quiet but lately it can be really quiet all day but at night with windows open, people mowing the lawn, revving car engines, motorbikes, kids screaming, parents shouting at kids, it's driving me crazy, what happened to my quiet street.
oh i know the hot weather did,
