put tape around a pair of mole grips put a T towel in a vice wrap something around a pair of water pump plyers it depends on what tools you have to grip it but you must wrap something around the tool to prevent damage All great tips, just add If you have access to old car tyre inner tubes these are great to cut up and use as vape grips and vice or grip protectors. B&Q (cheaper on eBay) do Baby Boa Constrictor grips which are good for seized tubes & atties, but need 2 really, might not be quite strong enough for this though not sure. (don't forget to tag to OP VB autumntwist32) Thanks for the link and the advice VapingBad Woohoo, my first tag! I've only just learnt how to do it.

Waiting for kanthal wire, silica wick and a blowtorch from one place and a couple of Smok airflow controllers, more silica and an extension tube from another The exciting bit is that Innokin e mailed me today to say that I won a prize in their world cup competition, I don't even like football lol. I've never won a competition before, the prize is a very limited edition of the new 2014 CLK 1280 it's got the names of all the teams on it. So I'm waiting on this as well. I'm more excited about winning a competition than the prize though Here's a piccy

OH didn't damage his tool but he couldn't get the top cap off with a pair of water pump plyers lol! Interestingly, the power seems to be coming back a bit but it's intermittant as yet. Hopefully it will carry on improving, I can't help but think it's been feeling all the concern from the lovely aaec members and decided that life might be worth living after all I'll see how it gets on over the next few days, thanks to everyone who tried to help

Have tried cleaning every single part of it... specially every single thread, check the spring also, (im sure these have a spring in ??? ) failing all of that the only other thing it could be is the switch... i dont have one of these so its all guess work, Hi, thanks for replying. I've done all of that and no joy Maybe it could be the switch then but we wouldn't have a clue what to do there lol.

Might be worth trying to ease the pin in the 510 up a little there is a small chance that could be the problem. Thanks I'll get him to give that a go and let you know. ETA It doesn't seem to be the pin as we've eased it up a bit but it's still the same. Thanks for trying to help Vaping Bad

Can anyone help with this please, my OH has had this since Feb and it's always been a great little device but this week it suddenly seems to be losing power. There hasn't been any recent change of liquid as he's a creature of habit and always smokes the same one. It has to be the unit because I've tried lots of different tanks on it and struggle to get a decent vape on any of them. Also tried a brand new battery and I've cleaned all of his contacts up with Isopropyl Alcohol but it hasn't made any difference. It's still working but he has to chug hard to get a vape. I'd be grateful for any advice as this thing is like an extension to his right arm and much loved by him

What do you think i should change it to. In the process of being sorted. tubthumper leave it as sorted as the company in question has a lot of followers on here,I have decided to take the hit of 20$ and let the dustbin try its luck with the vamo. I don't think you should have to do that Graham, I'm sure it will get resolved for you Vendors need to take full responsibility for faulty goods especially as they do good business here. No point you throwing $20 in the bin, that says it's ok to ship faulty goods. It's not okay in my book and standing your ground will help vendors to trade ethically which, in turn, will help others on here to get quality service for their money.
