I use these coil heads too, I don't know about how long all the bits last but I do give all mine a good wash in hot water before putting a new coil and wick in  My OH has broken a few of the metal units by being to heavy handed when pushing the post in but I haven't had any go on me yet. |

 I've got a customised one very similar to this on order I'm having the box mod bit modified to hold my omnitester and it will have a lid, a few of the flutes will be different and the drawer won't have a handle because I'm putting my own on it. I'm going to fit the drawer out with different wood sections to hold batteries and coiling gear. It won't be here for a few weeks yet but I'm really excited about it |

Hello spiritdancer like hijack I started vaping in Feb. I began on 24mg nicotine and moved to 18mg about 6 weeks later, I'm only now experimenting with dropping a few more mg here and there but I'm happy not to push myself at all as I feel it's a massive achievement in itself just to have switched from tobacco. OH and I started vaping in Feb this year and found a packet of baccy at the back of the drawer early March, we decided to roll one just to see what it was like after a few weeks off of it. We were really shocked at how dirty it tasted! The head rush and fog was horrific, felt like being 14 and having a fag for the first time  We were both really nauseous for a few hours too lol! I was amazed how a couple of hardcore smokers could feel so different over such a short space of time. I don't have any desire to try another one |
