Haven't gotten any email here telling me the order was cancelled, i chose cash on delivery as payment though. Same here  I only ordered 1 Goblin for a bit of fun, I wouldn't like to see a new business getting taken to the cleaners over an error unless, as someone else mentioned, it's a scam for a bit of start up money. That would be a bit silly though because they'd be pretty much over before they'd begun  |

The 200 points seems a much fairer option to me than the giveaway, at least this way everyone who put an order in and lost out on the deal gets some compensation rather than just 5 random people from the forum benefiting from the error. I personally am happy with the points offer and the refund, it took some time but they are responding well now I thought the giveaway would be restricted to the members that have put their order numbers on this thread for a refund at the moment list currently stands at 8 members No, the giveaway is open to the whole forum and it's active now, anyone can enter. We get the points for members who ordered and the giveaway for the forum as a whole so it wasn't the either/or scenario that I first perceived it to be. |
