The 200 points were an offer - on the gearbest site - it was an answer to the support ticket They didn't offer me them when they answered my ticket, just apologised and said they had issued a refund. This is the message I received on my ticket Dear ......, Thank you very much for your recent order at Gearbest.com. In order to provide the maximum benefit for each of our valued customers and to build a long-term relationship with you, we have cancelled your order.And I have checked that we have processed the refund to your Paypal.Please note that for Paypal refund may take up to 3-5 days to appear in your account. My order still says processing and no sign of a refund  It's not right to hold onto people's money, if they can take the time to open tickets they can spend an extra few seconds refunding the payment at the same time! |

will take a upto 7 days for all to get refunded i was lucky with my gb last refund is was cash on balance on my paypal i was and refund done within 24 hours different when all creditcard transaction .. but am sure all will be sorted they screwed up bad I payed with cash in my Paypal account so hopefully I'll get the refund quickly  |

I'm not sure damian, when this happened with Fasttech the order was cancelled and refund sent to Paypal by the time I had got up next morning after ordering. With GB my order still says 'processing', their ticket says they will not be accepting payment for the order but they have the money already  |

I know you can only use a maximum of 30% of your points on any order which is fair enough but I thought you could use the money in your wallet to pay for your order in full.
