Robby, I don't know why that member was banned but as the thread is locked it looks like spam is the likely cause

if you look at evkoo twitter account you can only find 1 person worldwide that actually has purchased and received an item

A vendor that wants to advertise their site on this forum has 2 options

option 1 applying to the mods for vendor status - I believe vendors are required to provide more detailed information that  a normal member

option 2 ) join as normal member  and ask the question has anyone used this site knowing that you do a search on this forum you will find nothing
