amazon are normally okay for cancelling orders if they haven't been shipped
I purchased this one from ebay same thing without the delay or box cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=111434814034 seller also sells wire if required
4 of the rods not used just use the 1.6mm rod and purchase the bolt and wing nut from local hardware store

Also vinny41 your good at the rule pointing out but you need your location in your profile.....as per AAEC rules... Thanks for pointing that out , I have added location to my profile but I thought that was only required if you want to use the classified's
as you can vouch for the vendor maybe you can contact them and advise them or the error of their ways in relation to DSR if they don't know they can find all the information that they need here

Yes I prefer the customer services for focal only had 1 problem which was very quickly resolved by Doris, I do think Focal also need to improve their order processing software I had 1 item that was stuck in collecting product for 14 days I assume orders are given to the warehouse staff for picking and for whatever reason if the warehouse staff are unable to pick the item that day or didn't updated the system to confirm item has been picked it remains in collecting product status running a report which shows all items that are 24 hours old from 1st collecting status and haven't been updated should be investigated

ordered 10th august dispatched 11th August Arrived Heathrow 26th August 7th September still at Heathrow Ouch vinny41 which courier service did you select? Was it Singapore post as that seems much slower than China post. Unless it contained batteries which can cause huge delays previous orders were shipped with Singapore post delivery between 8-15 days current order is with China Post, 11days between Fasttech dispatching 11th August and 21st August when order appeared on China Post track as received cause unknown I think Fasttech logistics system needs to be updated it should be straight forward to create a script that runs against all items dispatched against shipper 1st entry which is collected and run a report which shows all items that have been dispatched in past 24 hours and not yet received by shipper
I found for shipping times focalecig is quicker normally 5-6 days, In a perfect world if focalecig stocked all the items that fasttech does then I would only use focalecig

Cheers robby. We have producer from BBC Inside and Out coming to the next London meet. She wants to meet some home juice mixers. I shall watch her like a hawk. Have you established what is BBC interest I suspect it will be sometime along the lines that currently no regulations in place that prevents anyone that is making their own juice from selling online as it was the inside out program that did the report listed by the op

I used to do a lot of printing, and the HP Laserjet was great. However, since I gave up that business, and now only do a bit of private printing on a Deskjet I've had nothing but trouble. Have currently got an HP Deskjet 4580 and when it worked it was fine... apart from the regular 'paper feed' problem. The inks have recently run out, and have received replacements from 'Printer Cartridge People' but it doesn't want to know. So I guess I'll have to buy the 'rip off' branded ink. So my question is... does anyone know of a printer that doesn't keep jamming and the ink refills are at a reasonable cost? I would stick with what you know HP laserjet have a look on ebay , check out sellers that have a 100% feedback , sometimes listings might contain words like workgroup or have a N at the end of the model number which indicate they have a jet direct card (Print Server) in them so they are network ready some sellers will list page count and supply printer with toner Toner prices start from £15 approx. lifespan 10,000 pages per toner cartridge, drawbacks some of these printers weigh a ton and are large in size
I purchased a HP2300N from ebay seller printtraders July 2012 still using the toner cartridge that was supplied with printer cost of printer was £55. These printers are largely ignored by most people due to size and the adverts don't mention wifi
