Rip! I weighed 12st 4lb for years and it never changed, I gave up my 60 a day smoking habit and my weight ballooned to 15st 4lb in a matter of months, I wasn't eating any more it just went up, I tried diets but the most I lost was 8lb so gave up, I was still very fit so tried more exercise nothing worked, I lost around a stone after I found out I had Diabetes, I lived on nothing but salad for around two months because of the Dr's miss information, but it was from all the wrong places, once I gat back on my proper diet I went back up to 15st and it's stayed at that for the last six years, now the Vaping! I havn't weighed myself but several people have said I've lost weight, my old barrel belly has now gone down to a party seven, and my belt is now two holes tighter and my strides are loose, so I reckon I've lost at least two inches off my waist, I've only been Vapin a few months and apart from my belt it's others saying I've lost weight, my diet hasn't changed and I still eat the same amount, perhaps we have discovered a new benefit to vaping, it would be nice if we could prove it, we know it's much better than smoking, so if we could prove it helps loose weight, we could save the NHS billions and probably save even more lives, no government could argue with those sort of facts,,

I don't know! I definitely feel fitter but I always walk a lot anyway, the one thing I have noticed is before I started Vaping I used to get a sort of cramp in my Calves, after around two weeks of Vaping I wasn't getting it and havn't had it since, the other thing I like but the wife doesn't is I can now taste my food, and I'm finding that some foods I used to like, I no longer like the taste of, drives the wife up the wall when she cooks and I tell her I don't like it anymore, she always says but you used to like that, I can't work out why she gets so upset when I reply, true but I used to like you as well,,,,

I think mine may be partially down to being Diabetic, I've had it around six years now but used to drink a lot more tea before I was diagnosed, I still don't know how I got it, I've never been overweight, never eaten junk food or fried stuff and always been active, I just started drinking more, peeing more, and only had to sit down and I'd fall asleep, so I nearly fell through the floor when the Dr told me, what made it worse was that my Dr was crap and told me I'd be eating like a Rabbit for the rest of my life, a friend who works at a hospital put me in touch with a specialist via the back door, and he told me the Dr was talking a load of rubbish, and I could still eat everything I ate before but in moderation, even fry ups as long as is was only now and then, the only thing he did say was use low fat options with the likes of milk and butters, being Diabetic hasn't changed my life at all apart from having to take pills, I still use full fat milk but anything else I try and go for low fat and low salt, so not much has changed, I did have a laugh at my check up last year, the Diabetic Nurse I saw asked if I smoked and how many, as usual I lied and said yes but one or two a day, when I was actually smoking 20 plus a day, she then gives me a 10 minute lecture on the dangers of smoking, in one ear and out the other as usual, it's my life I'll live it as I choose, go out to the car and remember I'd forgot my prescription, go back and there's the nurse standing around the back puffing away, I just shook my head and laughed,

Sammy! will you marry me, I love a woman that can't hold their drink, together we could lay in the park or garden, in the snow, in doorways on park benches in the pub car park and we could wake up together and wonder how the F**k we got there, Oh! hang on cancel that proposal, I've already been there and done that! strangest place I've woken up, Newquay, Cornwall, even to this day I have no Idea how I got there, back then it was six hours by train and about the same by car, I didn't drive back then and trains used to stop running quite early, my only conclusion is that I was kidnapped by Aliens and dumped there, good move though! I ended up staying for the next seven years,,,,
