Good Afternoon All!Everything Liquid have been super busy behind the scenes, and are now in the process of bringing our our own range of UK manufactured e-liquid concentrates. All of our new range will be free of food colours, diacetyl and acetyl propionyl (and backed up with relevant certificates of analysis). They have also been analysed in a UK laboratory and available in both retail and wholesale quantities. We have even developed a select number of "Shake & Vape" flavourings that we're sure your going to love! everythingliquid I placed this order on 28th of Feb as you can see but have still not received it, can you investigate for me please. Order #9654 was placed on February 28, 2015 and is currently Completed. We are flattered by everyones recommendations! Thanks everyone! Have you considered stocking aqueous VG ? In the past yes, however we have not found any manufacturers that stocked this product in a pharmaceutical grade. If we were to dilute the product in house then there would be no certification to show that it was pharmaceutical grade, even if prepared in a cleanroom envoironment. |

This company (used) to be on the ball. I have to say......... that after getting my order this week, I'll be using another vendor. The products are ok and cheap enough, but the packaging needs addressing. Yet ANOTHER order I've got that the box was ripped open upon collection, prob down to the carrier, but, you cant just stick bottled nic and concentrates in a box and tape over the top and post it off. 1 concentrate missing and 2 syringes, maybe they was'nt sent, or maybe they were lost upon the box been ripped open. Either way, EverythingLiquid needs to seriously address the packaging they send out. I can't be @rsed contacting them over what was missing, I'll just use a different vendor in future. EverythingLiquid, sort your packaging out, and maybe listen to your customers. (MINUS 1). Hi Kelly, Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you may have received with this order. Our packaging situation is currently being addressed and we have also changed courier for retail orders over to interlink / DPD since your post. We found that UPS are not just expensive but there have also been a couple of issues similar to the one you have had due to couriers damaging parcels. Afternoon All!
I am pleased to announce we have just received a fresh batch of PG based nicotine! All orders that were placed on hold will receive a free concentrate as a thank you for your patience and will be dispatched either today or monday for a next working day delivery.
Our response times have been a little slower than normal in December due to a HUGE increase in orders from customers both wholesale and retail. We have been taking time to re-organise our operations to ensure that a top level of customer service can be maintained in the future.
So what have we done?
Deliverys:
As of next monday all customers will receive text updates to notify them of tracking information and when there packages are shipped and dispatched. We have moved over to a new courier for our retail customers meaning that you will now be notified within the hour of when your package will be delivered.
Stock:
We have now doubled our order quantities for all base chemicals such as nicotine, PG & VG. Additionally we have created a separate stock system for both retail and wholesale products meaning that both can be managed more effectively. On top of this we have increased our minimum stock levels for both sectors which should prevent us from going out of stock in the future.
Customer Service:
I have hired a new member of staff to handle operations in the warehouse, Elliott our new warehouse manager will be solely responsible for ensuring that all orders are packed and dispatched on time and all customers will be notified immediately should there be any issues with your order.
For our business customers, we have now teamed up with monmouth scientific to supply both laminar flow cabinets and cost effective clean room solutions. More information on this will become available early february.
I would like to say a massive thank you to the whole community for your continued support and patience, customer service is our number one priority and we are working as hard as possible to get ahead of the curve and create a smoother and more user friendly experience for our customers.
