I usually use 52mg VG from Cig-e-liquid, approx £16/100ml. It has an orangey colour and a definite nicotine smell. Seems ok in my mixes. I was wondering if it's worth paying a premium for nic base (e.g. Totally Wicked Ice, £25/50ml), can anyone comment on the expensive stuff? Is it flavourless/odourless? Does it improve mixes? Or just a rip off? Ta.

TW's is just about the most expensive Nicotine Base I've ever seen . . . or indeed bought in my early days of mixing when there wasn't the selection of Vendors there is now selling it. I've found it no better than base I've bought from:

Cige

Liberty Flights
Just Vape
They have all varied to a greater or lesser degree in colour, odour & viscosity ( VG base ) . . . but once diluted & flavoured, I've never noticed a difference.

I bought some that was posted on the forum that was 72mg/100ml, less than a tenner delivered and it was as good as anything id payed double+ for in the past.
Always best to buy small amounts to try before buying a gallon is my usual rule of thumb.

I have used both UK Flavours and Everything liquid, Nic base was excellent from both, and cheaper than most.

+1 for everythingliquid. Their site was down, sorted an order by email a while back Awesome service... Got a couple litres in the freezer, I leave 250ml out to play with. I vape 3mg so I think ive got about 7 or 8 years worth xD |

In the past yes, however we have not found any manufacturers that stocked this product in a pharmaceutical grade. If we were to dilute the product in house then there would be no certification to show that it was pharmaceutical grade, even if prepared in a cleanroom envoironment. |
