I had the odd "herbal cigarette" when I smoked tobacco but purely recreational purposes but have not touched any since giving up tobacco. However I always liked the herbal smell and the Mary Jane has the flavour but no active ingredients of course. However there is more than one way to have herb, see here for a possibility en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hash_oil you could bake a cake! or get one of those little metal pipes or even a "bong" not that I am in any way condoning the smoking of anything illegal merely stating other methods that I believe people use  |

Hehehe! I likie the Mary Jane flavour as well Blue foam improves the cartridges ability to hold the nic liquid. However I don't know if you can use blue foam in the starter kit that you are getting from Bel? Just had to order that one  Ok, another question, I presume others on here have been "herbal smokers" too, how do you deal with that?? I do smoke it, mainly for my arthritis ??? |

To be honest, you'll only be using this e-cig as a sample of what vaping is all about, it comes ready to go and if you find you like it then you'll be moving up to a better system long before you'll need replacement fillers/foams. What bel has very kindly done is given you a chance to try before you buy completely free of charge  She's an absolute star and I am very grateful  |

JJ you don't need the blue foam with my kit, they are pre filled but when empty you can fill with your own juice. Just seen that you like the idea of a pink one, your my kind of girl I love pink and have lots of pink e-cigs Thanks Bel, didnt want to order something if I didnt need it Ooooh yes love love love pink |

Hello and welcome jj! it's true that once you know where to look.. the whole ecig world unfolds!.. I started out with the highest nic juice- 30something mg thinking that as I smoked unfiltered rollies that I would need it. I personally found it helpful and reassuring to just know that the nicotine strength was quite high to begin with. You will definitely find your own level after a time and may find that you like a higher strength for the mornings at first. Very best wishes to ya! Thanks beeper - did you find the 30 something too strong then?? Most people seem to be recommending the LnB and the Cherry Menthol so am thinking them two definately need to be on my list to order, want to get an order in today. Just wondering, do I need to order some of the blue foam with the kit bel has very kindly offered me?? Sorry to keep asking so many questions, I just want to make sure I have everything I need to get me up and running Oh, and, erm, a very odd question - in the morning my first couple of fags normally help me to........ya know...........go toilet lol...........so a bit worried that that might not happen??   |

Hmmm, dont think I would be into anything too sweet to be honest, just dont know what flavour to go for, but hoping that I go off the tobacco flavour too ) I think the main worry I have is that I definately do not want to put on any weight, I gained a lot of weight after I had my daughter and was suffering with severe depression and having lost just over 5 stone about 5 years ago I do not want to go back there. Did anyone find they gained weight because of reaching for food instead of fags?? |
