well they arrived today. I got two, will leave one at work always as there is times I don't get home.
Charged the batteries for the big boys, and seem to have run into problems.
One of the units works fine, but I think the other is faulty. No blue light on button and as soon as I attach either the filled cartridge or a Smok Tech Dual Coil Cartomizer (1.5 ohm) I can hear it firing up before I even press the button. I have posted on the LF forums to see about what I should do.
Also, I got some RY4 e liquid, through the dual coil it is lovely, however through the cartridge it is truly disgusting.
Not sure if I have done something wrong here.

Peekay, I never took it that you did, what you said made perfect sense. I was just chiming in with a newbies impression of the community. I do tend to ramble and always have a hard time expressing what I'm thinking. I'm an animated character, speek with my hands alot and a big smile Happy for it to be archived. Andrew

My two cents worth. Having been online for years, and active on various boards the one thing that really struck me about this community, especially in this section, was the fact that folks could easily start up their own thread with their own intro and question/problem and not get a typical "online" response of "use the search", its a "already been answerd" reply. I came to the forum because I needed "immediate" in my view help and got it. The folks around here display huge amounts of patience and really take the time to read people's posts. I'm rambling now, but to make my point the lack of very formal rules in this part of the forum is in my opinion good Not sure that makes any sense at all.

Hello Tammera. I have recently stopped smoking myself. Been just over a week. I am very new to the e-cig / vapour scene but have received a tonne of advice and encouragement from the members of this forum.
Hardest thing for me in the past when trying to stop using patches, gum etc. was that it did not fill the "habit" part of my smoking addiction. The cup of coffee in the morning with a smoke, the 5 mins outside by my self during a stressful day at work etc.
I stumbled on e-cigs by complete accident the other week. Thought I would give it ago just to see, no intention of stopping. However I found them so effective I stopped.
For me they really have made the difference. I can "vape" during my drive to work. I can go outside for a vape etc.
My youngest boy, although he has no underlying health issues, is a really conciencious character and he was always really upset when he would see me smoking. So much so that at times he would be in tears.
I have had to explain to him the differences between vaping and smoking, not sure in your situation how you need to go about this.
Simply put, regardless of how you go about explaining to your daughter what you are doing there will be benefits to getting off the nasties and vaping. I have personally found that I can go between vapes longer than I would go without a smoke. So far I do not feel like I'm a slave to the vape as I was to cigs.
Now, I'm not a doctor or anything like that, but all the anecdotal evidence I have read makes me belive that this is a viable way to come off the cigs.
Hope this helps a little and best of luck!

Bioxx, just saw that Tia is a rescue, good on you. We are looking for a companion for Boogles at the moment to.
Chrissie, he is almost 3. Impossible to tire out. 5 of us in the house to work him though, and he has his own pet hamsters which he loves to herd in the house. Going to get him some Indian Runner Ducks for the back garden as well.

OK here goes 1) If all the nations in the world are in debt, where did all the money go? 2) Why do people point to their wrist when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is? 3) How does the guy who drives the snowplow get to work in the mornings? How do I stop my elderly father pointing to his crotch when he asks where the bathroom is?

Right, Riva-T & Cocomel from Jason at vapeescape.
It's gorgeous I tell you. Really gorgeous.
Refilled the carts on the Sky Cig with the Tabac Menthol. A huge difference between the two products. How ever there will be situations where the sky cigs will be more convenient at work.
Looking forward to the epower being delivered from LF, no word on that yet.
I can see me packing them when I am in the office, and taking them with me when overseas. Using the sky cig purely for convinience etc.
Thanks again Jason and River.

Cheers Jason, I'm sure I will. Is there anything I should know before jumping in i.e cleaning it before use etc?
River, thanks for the heads up mate.
