Hello! Well all my items have arrived and I'm raring to go. So I have decided today I'm going to make 5ml Rip Tide - 40/60 PG/VG 0mg Nicotine. Now I was told most concentrates are suspended in PG and the website (Chefsvapour) certainly doesn't tell me what is exactly in it - So I have assumed 100% PG. Also I have gone for another guesstimate in terms of how much concentrate to add. It also doesn't say on the website so I've gone for 20%. I'm looking at mixing 40/60 PG/VG, maybe even 30/70 PG/VG. Would the viscosity of the liquid be a problem with the needle tips? |

If you want to drop me a pm I can post you a bottle of vanillin (creamy flavour) and ethyl maltol (sweetener) Both I bought as crystals and there's a massive amount in each packet so have some bottles I mixed up from them. Happy to send on, as I've more than enough for my needs  actually, that also applies to anyone who fancies some vanillin and ethyl maltol  jsut message and request  Wow that would be nice. I can give you a few pounds via PayPal for p+p if you want. :-) Is the sweetener always a certain base as well? So I'll have to take that into account when using the online calculator? ;-) |

I've been living off 80 ml of 6mg nicotine e juice for the past 2 weeks and now want to try nic free.  If I ever quit using nicotine I never want to stop vaping. xD Fair enough congrats on lowering down - that's my ultimate plan also. I'm probably down to about 6mg now? and I would like to be nicotine free within a year, but no pressure... and I'm not sure I would stop vaping? even if I have no nicotine as I'm a fixated sort and I need my hands occupied to keep me out of mischief I'm exactly the same! I was thinking of getting 2 more conc with red astaire, do I still need to worry about sweeteners? I haven't decided what the other two will be yet but probably fruity. :-P |

Thanks all! I think I'm ready to make a list. yes, there's no reason you cant mix easily. I started off by noting down a couple of sites and worked out what bits I needed and how to keep low on postage. There's more choice of late so you shouldn't get hit with loads of separate postal charges. You can get by with 2 or 3 syringes, I bought measuring cups from Boots whilst I was getting my VG As for flavourings I would recommend picking out a few that are 'one shot mixes' ie T Juice and Chefs Vapors own. They are already mixed concentrates and they suggest what percentage to use. As long as you read up on how to use site calculator you cant go wrong (and you can always ask a member to double check and confirm) I think I'm going to start making a list of what is needed now and order things tomorrow. I hope you don't mind but I have a few questions. The goal is to try and make 0mg maybe 40/60 pg/vg. I have only tried 50/50 but loved it and fancy going more vg this time. Do I need to get a vg and pg bottle? Also there is a boots right next to me so I will pop in tomorrow. From what I've seen would I only need vg and maybe pg base, concentrate, syringes, gloves, and bottles to store them in? What about sweetener? I was thinking of doing a red astaire mix first. I appreciate all the help.  |

Hi! I've now gone through about over 100ml of pre made juice. This may sound stupid but now I really want to try and mix my own juices. I haven't had a lot of experience with many juice tastes, so is this a bad idea? Two of the main reasons I want to try it:- Trying something new. The satisfaction of actually mixing something really nice. Cheaper? I want to try some of the £5 liquid flavours etc but dont want to spend £5 on a 10ml bottle lol. Will mixing enable me to do this at a reasonable cost for me? I appreciate that steeping helps to mature the e liquid. If I was to get into mixing my own, could I just pick out some nice fruit flavourings to start with? I heard they don't take long to steep? What I don't want to happen is to wait a week or so and then find out I have done something wrong. I'm also down to my last tank of e liquid too. One thing that worries me is that because I don't have most of the tools needed to even start, I'll have to buy from about 5 online shops or something like that. The initial cost is a bit worrying when taking into account the utensils needed. Is £30 a reasonable budget? Too low? Anyway, I probably sound really stupid and impatient haha but there you go.  |

opensecretJust before you do - noticed you have went for the chrome one - they do the same thing in stainless steel for not a lot extra  Ooh do they do it in stainless steel on myepack? I've never bought vape hardware from anywhere else so I'm really worried about going to new sites. As far as I can see they only do the body on myepack. ;-) Plus I won't have the discount on the tank. :-P EDIT - Is this the one you were talking about? myepack.co.uk/vamo-v5-full-kit-ss.html Is that one actually slightly better as well as looking better with SS?  The title is a bit misleading saying it is a 20 W vamo v6. People in the comments are saying it's a vamo v5. |

I have never owned either of those  Vamos have been popular for a long time, and having batteries you can charge separately to the actual device has advantages. Make sure you get decent 18650 batteries for it if you want it to last all day. I was thinking of getting a beauty ring/510 to 510 connector to decrease the chances of me cutting the thread up from refilling. I don't suppose you could recommend me one because I have no idea. With those sort of batteries if I was vaping at a reasonably high wattage, what sort of battery life would I get? I know it also differs depending on battery make but in general. I don't really know the brand that makes the batteries included but atm I would also not be able to afford to get extra batteries for now. I skimmed through the description and I think the kit includes everything I need. Could you just take a look and make sure? I don't want to end up getting the kit and finding out I'm missing an add on etc. It looks like it comes with the batterries. Finally, would it be a problem to instead fit an Aerotank v2 on the mod? I think the mega might be a big step and 2.5ml might last me through the uni day. So I was thinking of getting this: - myepack.co.uk/review/product/list/id/1175/Is the quality as great as the mega?
