So Karma, this is how the "shinyitis" starts

It's not going to be easy finding vape shops outside of Manila HaroldTheBarrel. I was there last May and was chatting to a Filipina who's married to an English guy, she moved back there for financial reasons, when in UK she started vaping. This lady wanted to get off the cigs again and can't find anywhere to buy vaping supplies, except Manila.

Btw the lady in question lives in SW of the country, nothing even in Cebu or Zamboanga.

Good luck with the search, if you find somewhere, please let me know as I'm going back again in May

I would follow the advice that's given but for the moments that you feel like you need more nic, I'd keep a bottle of your usual strength handy and vape a little of that. After the craving has passed its back on the lower strength, one day that usual strength will be the lower one that you're aiming for.

I'm on 5mg now from 18mg using that method...
