It ties the thing up when recharging. You could always build 2! I'll go and get my hat. Jim jevans As it happens I've just ordered some more of parts for mkII

love it and why I wants a 3d printer why not try diff size batts as some of the 18350 do go surprisingly low and the 18500s lower but do some research 1st to check you can run the ohms you want 1st maybe put an angle on the free top corner and fit the fire button on it so its at a good angle for yer thumb a bit like the rig and tesla 100watt stealth mods stupid idear number 2894(vapeing related) had many many more than that wounder what 2 18350 would be like in a coppervape squonk mod lol Some good ideas decoy. Hopefully one day I can get something near perfect, all these ideas are putting all sorts of thoughts through my head. Non of your ideas are stupid, seem good to me Possibly use Lipo's but I wanted to use replaceable batteries, I don't like the idea of a USB charge port. It ties the thing up when recharging.

Thanks for your input naDiel I'm still learning how to use the printer, as the subject is "prototype" that's exactly what it is. Any suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated. Still trying to fit everything inside and making it as small as I can. Thanks again To be honest mate everyone needs to start somewhere and from what I see you are off to a good start anyway And touching on the edges - if the printer is not able to make them a bit more round, why not take some sanding paper to them? Just make sure you have plenty of material, so you don't sand through! This is what I'm going to try next naDielThe printer is capable of doing all you've suggested but it's finding a way to do it in the software. Learning how to use the design software is taking a little time.

Job well done crystal ! Personally I would move the squonk bottle behind the battery sled to minimize the wiring going past the squonk pin. Other than that I need to get my hands on a 3d printer as well! Thanks for your input naDielI'm still learning how to use the printer, as the subject is "prototype" that's exactly what it is. 500ml of 0% nic custard. Trying to drop nic level again, got almost 1 litre of 4mg strength custard to fall back on when the cravings set in

Finally a working model. Need to find a way to radius all the edges so it's more comfortable in the hand though. [/ur]

Yes, I do understand that. Be nice to do if there was a bit more security. Don't think anyone could beat China for prices though. And thats the problem in a nutshell. Still, a bloody good piece of workmanship

That's fantastic @windows Mod Maker, CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator. You have the skills to set up your own business. Would love to take the risk but its one hell of a gamble. Good morning guys! Thank you very much for your attention. I realized that i was using adding image code and pics come from my Google Plus, thats why some members can see the pictures because they are logged in google. Sorry that i didn't realize there is a function "Add image to post", until Perpetua re-post Chrissie's post. Thank you. I just made changes on those two posts. Thank you Foclecig, everything is showing fine for me now

I've looked at one of them 3d printers I don't know how many times vereybowring . But unsure how it works TBH or the quality of the goods it would produce. crystal has been trying out a bit of 3d printing but unsure which machine it is. Wouldn't mind a wee milling machine either but Mrs Striker gives me the stare when I mention it. striker42 vereybowring. The printer I've got isn't the cheapest one to buy(Robox), what I'm led to believe is "you get what you pay for". Some are obviously better than others in terms of resolutions they can print at. ie. layer height and thickness. That means how thick each layer can be produced and how thick each layer can be. My 3d printer can print at the moment at 0.3mm thick which is the size of nozzle it squirts the molten plastic out and a theoretical layer thickness of 0.02mm at best, reading what other owners say is, It's not so practical printing at 0.02mm layer height, better results at 0.1mm or depending on material, 0.05 at it's smallest. What I mean with layers is, they print the bottom layer first then build the object a layer at a time from the build plate upwards. One of the main things to consider is the software that controls them, if it's not so good then the quality of print won't be the best. You can get some decent results from a cheaper machine if the controlling software is of a reasonable standard, I also read that on a forum so please don't quote me on that End of the day all they are is like a computer controlled glue gun(using plastic instead of glue sticks) with CNC technology to produce 3d items. Hope that helps a little.
