I had the fodi from Hcigar which was a great looking tank but was flawed in many ways. which was good when i first got it but sold it on as it was not wicking correctly. I think the wicking holes where the cotton goes int the tnak were too constrictive
This on the other hand is fantastic. It has bigger wicking channels (3mm i belive on both sides and is a really well made tank.
I love it and cant pt it down. It drinks the juice though with only 3 ml. Flvaour is better than my goblin minis 9 So its the best)
its defo dripper like flavour and vapour and I would highly recommend it. its not perfect as to fill you need to remove a wick from the hole.

Horizon krixus comes with 2 coils one new and one has had 2 tanks through it. These coils are supposed to Last 6 months and only need rewicking. £26 delivered 1st class recorded delivery   |

Day 3 -
Done some research and running the Krixus on the cuboid with TCR of 0450 for tungsten in temp control
Its working better now. 460f and 70 watts. will bump it up a bit as the cuboid does not have a pre-heat option like the dna board

Day 2 with the Krixus - update!
After re-wickiing im having issues.
Too much cotton and dry hits. Too little and it leaks through the airflow.
Ramp up is a pain the **s.
Tank is getting very hot.
Does not like temp control mode on the cuboid.
Its very annoying but I will give it some more time.

temp control in what mode? SS, Nickel? 450f and 40w in nickel mode 440 and 40w in tungsten tcr mode TBH, I quite like the nickel mode  450f and 40w in nickel mode gave me nothing!! I tried 77 watts in nickel mode at 470f and its great!! Many thanks. |

I know you won't have rewicked yet, but does it look like it will be fiddly? If it's a simple enough process I can see me trying one in the not too distant. I re-wicked the spare head out of pure interest  It's a doddle- just remove about 5mm of cotton from one end of the supplied cotton strip and tear off the very outer layer and wrap around the ceramic. It seems the supplied strip of cotton is a tad too much  It takes seconds same. I rewicked the head as i noticed it was dirty already after a few hours use. took seconds. a complete doddle. |

First impressions!!! Received the Black Krixus tank form Sr-Vapes a few moments ago. - Really well built tank. Dont like the huge bore drip tip. - Looks great on the cuboid. - primed the coil with some Lime slush from Heidi Heisenberg. - Fired at 50 watts. Got good vapour and flavour. ramp uo is slow - Fired at up to 75 watts. flavour and vapour is much better. tank gets allot warmer. - Straight away I compared this to a new tank I have acquired called the Ijoy Reaper Plus. The Reaper is much better for flavour and vapour with a stock 0.4 kanthal coil. - Ramp is quicker at 75 watts. Flavour is good and clean and feel it will get better as I vape during the day. Summary - good clean flavour and vapour, ramp up is slow, needs high watts. But early days.....or minutes.  Try it in temperature control mode, I have zero ramp up time and at 40w I get a very warm tank temp control in what mode? SS, Nickel? |
