Isabell22, I'm displeased that you have failed to come back to me despite visiting the forum a few times today. I got an answer to the ticket I raised with pre-sales. They mentioned the items ordered are not in stock despite showing they were when I ordered. I was told it will take weeks to re-stock, process and ship. I was offered the option of waiting or a refund. Not a good experience my 3rd time around. it would help if they could confirm which of my items are in stock and ready to ship and then I can make a decision. can you help with this please? I feel your pain......
1# Shipped fine no issues from China - under 50 pounds - took 6 days - I was very impressed as it was my first order!
2# Shipped fine from EU but took 5 days - Under 50 pounds
3# Cancelled by Gearbest and refunded - From china over 100 Pounds
I asked which items were in stock out of the ones i ordered and they just went ahead with the refund. it seems my second Evic mini and the Melo 2 were out of stock.
Am very dissapointed!!!!
As with the OP - customer service tell the item isn't in stock it still remained up on the site as in stock even though they clearly know it isn't.

I placed my 3rd order on Monday. Its my largest order to date.

Its still showing as processing after the 4th day.
Would you be kind enough to nudge them please?
I have raised a ticket. Is there any item on my order causing a delay? i heard sometimes batteries can cause a delay?

Sorry to appear dumb, but how do I know if I am ordering from the EU warehouse as opposed to the China Warehouse? 26 days so far for an order from china and still not in country of destination, I dont want to use the China warehouse again. There is an option to choose in the menu right at the top for warehouse. You will pay slightly more form the EU warehouse. My first order was through the China warehouse and took 6 days. My 3rd order is much larger but expect it to take longer. i find the processing date can take up to 3 days. on my most recent order it states 3-5 days to process. Isabell22 is very helpful in providing visibility. Were any items you chose on a pre-order? if so they will be shipped out after the pre-order date |
