Well i'm not happy, not happy at all, still no idea what the mystery o-ring is but what's really annoyed me is this.  Recoiling the RBA deck and the bloody post falls off. These things are just press fit on teeny tiny pins not screwed into the deck. Shoddy, just shoddy. Shame because the rest of the tank is solidly built. We have some spare SagaTank decks. Dean, Interesting marketing strategy you now appear to have adopted? According to the website wholesale prices have now had a huge price increase (48 x 10ml has gone up from £34.56 to £48) and are now the same as normal retail for a single bottle (1 x 10ml = £1 per bottle). What's the thinking behind that decision or is it a pricing error on your website? Just doesn't make any sense to me. Hi, We have made some behind the scenes changes to the website. LiQuid heyas we've just tried to place order of daughter in law ( first solo vape lol ) and I couldn't get the discount code to work. All logged in etc tried upper and lowercase Order is Just says coupon code AAEC is not valid. Order no 100003762 Loving your choconana and black tobacco ( snuck 1 of each in for me lol ) She's got a new istick for Christmas with bendy adaptor and 2 protanks. Hi Dean , only been vaping for 5 weeks and have tried 14 of your juices , loving choconana at the mo ,my other faves are strawberry,cherry,Virginia,blueberry and nana didn't get on with aniseed n apple.only one I was really disappointed with was the vanilla,didn't get any taste at all ! (my tastebuds are a bit screwed up) would like to say great service and quality will be going for the full deck soon.cheers. any custard coming soon ? Hi - Glad to hear that you like some of the flavours. The Vanilla might just need to steep for a little longer. Just remove the cap, put it in a dark cupboard and forget about it for a couple of weeks. We are all quiet on the custard front at the moment, hopefully we will have one in the new year. Hi Dean, I've Just Tried to Place a Small Order (My 2nd) & There's a Problem Paying Via C/Card:- Upon Trying to Enter Expiry Date, the Drop-Down Box Only Allows Entering Month, Not Year...This Then Returns a Message Saying 'Incorrect Expiry Date' ! Have Therefore Had to Give it Up................ Hi - I am sorry about that. Were you trying to pay by card via our website or via PayPal? I have just checked and the box is showing on my computer. I have taken a screen shot for you, is this page displaying properly for you?  |

Yes I have the same problem! Love their Pina Colarda but have to cut the seal on the bottle to open. Have emailed to see if they have an alternative bottle. my email was rejected with a Spanish rejection email! What's that all about? I thought this is a British supplier. I was asking if you can supply a larger bottle or easier to open bottles. Hello Shez - I am sorry for the late response I have only just seen this message. We are a British supplier and nothing on our email system is in Spanish so I have no idea what has happened. Did you email hello@onepoundeliquid.com? If you still have the email please can you forward it to us? In reply to your question - No we don't supply larger bottles unfortunately. We are looking at different bottle cap but we still want them to be tamper proof & childproof. If you need anything else please let me know. |

LiQuid I have tried to send an e mail to you but it was rejected? I have a problem with your child proof bottles, I have arthritis in my hands and cannot open them, I tried tools, cutting the serrated edge to no avail my hands were hurting like hell. Waited for the postman and he opened the Blueberry for me, it is lovely. Do you have any other type of bottles, I can't be the only one with this problem?  EDIT: We have just received your reply. Thanks Hi Phoenix, We have just received your email and we respond a few minutes ago. We are getting new bottles but it will take a few weeks to filter them through. We find the best way to open the bottles is to push and twist the bottle and not the cap. Please can you confirm that you have received our email reply so that we know that you have received it? I should really have asked this question before placing an order a couple of seconds ago, but despite your site mentioning 24mg liquids, the strongest I was able to order was 18mg. Are there any plans to offer 24mg? Dropping to 18mg for a few bottles isn't a massive issue, but it would have been nice to stay at 24. Cheers!
