Are you sure? ???, ??????,??GBLALA That means it has "left the Shenzen treatment centre" which means it's left China, not arrived in UK. Anyway, I'm waiting on this and a Vapourflask from Doris (Focal) that were sent around the same time. It's been a race for a couple weeks now. Not yet. Pretty slow for China post. I usually picked them when ordering from FT and had a couple packages within 7 days. I ordered some batteries from FT at the same time, and got them earlier this week. Batteries, from FT, faster, lol. According to the tracking page, mine is still en-route to UK. In fact, it took 2 days to even leave China (well, leave Shenzhen "treatment centre"), on the 25th. To be honest, that's about 2 weeks, so wouldn't expect it to be much more than another week from here. The UK tracking number isn't showing up, but that means little. My batteries were here with me around 2 or 3 days before the system was updated. As with anything from China, order and forget. P4You confirmed the change. We changed the description. Thanks  I know that, but the chip you have listed in your description cant change it's characteristics with a firmware update, the chip needs to be the V4S for it to have temp control not the V3C you have listed on your product page, so i would say you need to change your products description so customers are aware of what actual device they are purchasing, Just a thought!  ps: YIHI product page states the V3C is solely a 100watt chip www.yihiecigar.com/products_info/YiHiEcigar-SX330-V3C-100W-293637.htmlhere are the specs of the and model of the V4S www.yihiecigar.com/products_info/Yihiecigar-SX330-V4S-295319.htmlwhat i am saying is that the device you are selling needs to have the V4S chip inside for it to be Temperature Controlled!!
