Hi Alex Order No.100001611 1/16/2015 Clive Rose $51.99 Processing ! I originally ordered the IStick 50w on the above date, a couple of days later I sent an email requesting to change the order if possible to the Smok Xpro M50 of which it stated would ship in 5 working days. The change was agreed and I paid the additional charge via PP, I then sent another letter after 6 days had elapsed and I was told they would ship any day. Again I emailed last night, requesting either the item is shipped or could you just refund the amount to my PP account, No reply? Now I think I have been pretty patient, but it's now time to either dispatch the item pronto, or refund me Hi car, processed the refund. You may receive it now. iStick 50W and Smok Xpro M50 is estimated to be available on Feb, 10th. Sorry for the inconveniences caused. |

just posting to expose my case : last week ordered a cloupor mini from evkoo (Order 300000009), wich was supposed to be in stock.The order is still "processing" .This is a joke. I´m seriously suspect they actually have no cloupor minis in stock despite its announcement. If tomorrow my order is not "shipped" I'll ask for refund my money within 24 hours (or dispute to paypal). Hi all, new here, well been lurking for ages & made an account then couldn't remember my log in details! My mini i-stick arrived yesterday from Evkoo, shiny pink and gorgeous! However the GS16s that came with it refuses to work without the 510-ego adapter on the battery? I put it together as quick as it came out of the box, vaped away in glorious clouds for 5mins, put it down, came back to it and nothing, nada. Switched off and on few times, took it off and put it back on a few times but no luck, the GS16s works fine on my other batteries and if i put the adapter on the i-stick then it works fine but to be honest the whole point of getting the atomizer at the same time was so i didn't have to use the adapter, it looks so gorgeous and neat and small and is a perfect stealth vape :-( The adapter makes it look a tad ugly and adds a ton of weight to the device if i then add a beauty ring as well. I understand this is because the pin in the battery has been depressed too far but i only fastened it finger tight, learnt my lesson with my egos tightening them too much :-) I've emailed Colly a couple of times but i just keep getting the answer that the atomizer and i stick are a match for the adapter?? They can't seem to understand my whole point of a 510 to 510 thread should be working without the adapter. Long first thread sorry but any help would be appreciated!!
