@letsavit What you should do is to set up an account with the email address that you use for Paypal, then try again to find your order details in your account. I believe that will tie up your orders with your new account on Evkoo. Is this correct alex05 ? Hi robby, setting up an evkoo account is not a must, the system sends shipping confirmation email automatically. |

Alex05 have two on order from yourself, about 3 weeks ago, one to my girlfriends, one to myself. Have no account set up, no idea how to track. This customs thing I assume you're are monitoring and sending out again so we will get them in the end, that's all I need to know? Yes, we are trying our best to send all orders in this week. Should I be getting a different tracking number with my resent istick does anyone know? The number I have here AG905415605CN has never worked and it still isn't working, so just wondered if mine has been resent yet and if it has how do i know it has, sorry if these questions are silly but just want to know whats happening, order number was 100000209. Hi alex05 Can you let us know when the returned packages are going to be resent? It's frustrating seeing people who ordered theirs after me have received one but I am completely in the dark as to where mine is.. I know the packages getting returned were out of your control and you've probably lost a lot of business and like the rest of us are pretty pi$$d off about it but I ordered mine almost a month ago and by all accounts it might still be sitting in your warehouse.
