the helios top cap fits if you wrap some cotton under the o rings to make them stick out a little further or use slightly bigger o rings (on a mission to find some tomoz lol) Oh come on! Don't make it easy.......I have n't un-packed this mini-drill yet; itching to use it!!!!  |

Reckon I'm the only one here who don't like the Velocity!....
Admittedly, I've only tried it wiv vert. coils & mesh, but I found it so harsh (AFC just cracked open) or flavour-less (AFC opened up).
Have n't put it up on 'Wheel of Fortune' yet 'cos I like the post design.....will be Dremel-ing a spare plastic Igo W cap to fit 'cos I think it's the really thin cap that's giving Me the aggro.....
Sorry, not really a very helpful post, just IMHO!!!!

Bump! Just rec'd Mine from GB on 31/12/15. LUV it! Pro:- Ceramic wicks- so clean & neutral, wick really well; Same thread/pitch as one of My Nemis, so can use wiv '650s as well, Looks cute! ('350 mode) Cost a Fiver!!! Con:- Ceramic wicks don't fit Next-Gen.!... " " " " " " " " Origen drippers! " " " " " " bloody expensive to buy! 'spring clips'!...the work of Satan!..(Just wrap the coil lead tightly round the post & clamp it wiv pliers!) Drip tip..... Dunno anything 'bout these.....but had an INAX hybrid dripper/mech clone arrive the other day & I NEED to get some more ceramic wicks! Such a 'clean' taste from 'em...better imo than s/s rope or mesh...

Belated Happy Christmas all! Just got back tonight from a fairly intensive round of Christmas parties & gatherings... I packed a big box of kit:- batteries & charger, loadsa juice, 2x Nemis, a box mech, 2 x Smowells, 2x Next-Gens & (luckily!..) a Magma. Left on Christmas Eve.......with the essential Origen dripper sitting on a bit of tissue paper in the kitchen!! Doh! Survived on a mesh 'U' wick on the Magma & LOTS of careful dry-burns of the Next-Gen coils/wicks! What did You forget?.. |

Dead Luddite:- Abaddon parallel '650 box mech or a Nemi, Origen drippers set up wiv 2mm S/S rope & 2x 2.5 mm 1ohm 26gauge coils (or pre-made coils when lazy!!). All FT clones.
Origenny & Next-Gen Tanks for out & about. Oh, Kraken & Owl Squonker also, but same builds!
This'll do Me!...prob. only purchases I can envisage will be duplications of the Abaddon & batteries.
Tanks, cotton & 'fancy' coils are past-tense now.....blame My gunky diy NETs!!!
