Your Cloupor is with HMRC zebby. Royal Mail don't just march in there and pick them up. There are tens of thousands of items delivered by air to one customs processing centre on a daily basis. 10% are checked in normal circumstances, more if there is an alert in place. For the OP emailing Fasttech - what's the point? Do you think they have a GPS tracker in your gear? Of course that's the answer you will get, the same as if you contacted RM when a first class hasn't arrived in a couple of days. Yes I know they dont, AFIK Its Parcel Force that do most of the work on incoming parcels for HMRC and once it has been scanned this means it has been passed by them to RM for local delivery. Edit to say: I have seen it in the past where a parcel goes dark and RM says that Parcel force have not passed the parcel on to them and Parcel Force saying oh yes they have and then it turns up delivered with no explanation from either.

My Cloupor mini dispatched 27th Feb by Malaysia Post (not my choice and I kicked off about it) has arrived at LHR. If Royal mail get their arses into gear it could be one of my fastest yet.

My last 3 recent orders took 3 weeks after the dispatched to overseas scan at HK then just turned up at my door with no arrived at overseas scan. This suggests to me that maybe a lot of stuff is just kicking about at LHR doing nothing until somebody can be arsed sending it on its way.

I think you need to allow anything from 4-6 weeks from ordering post Chinese NY drunkenbum, it's not just FT that will have a backlog to work through . . . but the shippers and everyone inbetween - as the country grinds to halt during the holiday period. Not dissimilar to ourselves when we have a sprinkling of snow. Any quicker it's a bonus. I dont think its so much the backlog that is a problem after the holidays but more like a good few dont bother going back to their jobs as they are worked so hard. That is until the money runs out and they are forced to find another job.

The scramble for this liquid is ridiculous, why the need to have such little supply is beyond me when the demand is obviously there, coupled with that the fact that the vendor doesn't understand the need to update the website to cope with the increased bandwidth and you get possibly one of the worse internet buying experiences ever! TL;DR Was once the daddy, now there are better. I agree, the one and only time I got one in the basket the site wouldnt let me check out. My emails etc were ignored for weeks and when they finally answered and sent a new login, it didnt work. That was when I decided that I would do without. Not worth the hassle of such poor customer service.

Most of my orders generally take 10 to 15 days, however my last one (arrived a couple of days ago) took 8 days.

Had a normal registered FT package shipped 13/2/15 with singpost and its just been delivered 8 days not bad at all. Oh and this is my 3rd package in succession that has not been scanned on arrival at LHR. Just goes to show that its all the luck of the draw how long things take to get to you.Dont forget once a package arrives in your destination country its quite possible it may hang about for a week or two or even 3, before anyone decides to get around to processing it and its no longer the fault of Sing/China post.

UPDATE: Just recharged batts for my twin 18650 stig mod that has given faithful service for several years and its as dead as a dodo and now residing in the bin. So two new boxes it is, also just noticed a $2 Gift Cert i had forgotten about so banged in an order for the first one with the 10% off code. Plus still got the $10 Gift Cert to come, think I might hang about a bit with that and see if owt new and interesting is in the pipeline.
