How do you exchange 10 points for a Gift Certificate as I would like to exchange while the 10% dissie code is active?.

You have to open a ticket on this page support.fasttech.com/general/ACCT and ask for one. As they are on holiday I don't think it's likely that it will happen til they return as the page says normal service will resume on 26th. |
