It can get a bit hectic, but I'd pre-register before the juice goes for sale cos the site used to get very slow due to the amount of traffic when the juice goes on sale, but think that's been resolved now.

The scramble for this liquid is ridiculous, why the need to have such little supply is beyond me when the demand is obviously there, coupled with that the fact that the vendor doesn't understand the need to update the website to cope with the increased bandwidth and you get possibly one of the worse internet buying experiences ever!
TL;DR Was once the daddy, now there are better.

I will be buying my 50ml as usual on Friday. I have yet to find a Custard that is better.

My emails etc were ignored for weeks and when they finally answered and sent a new login, it didnt work. That was when I decided that I would do without. Not worth the hassle of such poor customer service.

That doesn't excuse the website problems though or the poor customer service. To me this is one of those liquids that has been put on a pedastool and people think that they must like it. In fact, i see many posts every week on numerous forums asking if it needs steeping or are they missing something because they just can't understand what the fuss is all about. Now don't get me wrong, it's a very good custard but IMO Accies Ambrosia, Vaper Capers's Custard and Steamgunks Captain Custard are more than a match for it without the additional headaches.

I have been buying GVC for a year and I have never had poor customer service in fact I found the service to be very good.

I bought some second hand. It was quite nice, but really not worth my time fannying about with the system that GVC has going now. Life is too short.

There's a very pleasant GVC ' clone ' recipe if any of you are mixers and fancy giving it a punt. GVC CLONECapella Vanilla Custard 18% Dulche de Leche 2% French Vanilla Deluxe 4% Sweetener 1%

The last batch I made used Ukflavours Vanilla custard and french vanilla, came out just as good IMHO and the cost was very low, a nice bonus!

A little less sweet maybe, which I prefer anyway . . . but upping the sweetener a smidge, or using Ethyl Maltol at a higher percentage are always options. Packed with Custardy loveliness as it is though.
