Dc -dc mode is a flat signal that will provide a much smoother vape than pwm but in this case it limits the wattage range that you can use with your coil due to the fact that the mod has no step down circuitry. Pwm will fire the maximum power output of the mod in bursts, it will use an average of those bursts of power to regulate the output to the coil. so for instance if the mods total output is 8w and you only require 4w for your coil the mod will deliver power for 50% of the time in bursts so that the average power to the coil is 4w Sorry for being stupid is that good or bad? Should I be using these settings or just stick to manual up/down on wattage?

tbh i dont really know, Im only answering so i can get corrected if im wrong DC-DC will be either VV (Variable Volt) or a mech mod emulation. PWM (pulse width modulation (on n off very rapidly)) will be the VW mode using a dc transformer to provide the Highest power rating and limiting that power by rapid switching on and off more on than off -> high power on less than off -> lower power.. Cheers Reading further into the massive manual (!!) is seems that DC-DC mode means that the device cant lower the voltage but can in PWM mode - still fairly baffled.

Hi folks Just unpacked my Sigelei mini and have actually read through the mini manual. Can anyone enlighten me re these two option modes and also can the display be turned around (i.e. left to right handed) like you on the Clouper mini? Thanks

There is a company that does a rebuildable head for them. I can't remember who it was though for the life of me. Doesn't really help does it lol Anyone else seen this? - I see that there is a kit which appears only to be a plastic insert to help align the coil.
