My first few weeks I was getting through a lot of liquid at 18mg I think I was afraid to stop incase I reverted back to the cig. I took my starter kit everywhere it was constantly in my hand. 3rd and 4th week I was a bit more controlled still on 18mg but vaping less 5th and 6th week I found I am vaping more in the mornings and a lot less in the afternoon and evening about 5ml a day and I am now on 12mg I say what ever gets you through the first few weeks can only be a good thing. |

Have to say it has been easier than I thought it would Over the years have tried patches,Gum and cold turkey the longest I ever went was 4 days so  this is just the thing for me. Good luck too you, i just got my 1st year, and it is easy if you let it be. Listen to the forum (but don't open the wallet too much)  I will and congrats on your 1year anniversary |

 I think it may have started Was very good for the first 5weeks so saved a few pennies from not smoking wanted to make sure (vaping was for me) Yes backup is good well an excuse anyway
