Thanks guys, I thought the flavour of the liquid was a bit better to, thought it might be just me, and because I had been tinkering. Thanks for link to chart, that will keep me off of the streets for some time typing in different combinations. Many thanks guys, kind regards, Gel.

Hallo folks, I am not very tec' minded, hence I could do with a bit of advise please. I have a Kamry K 1000 pipe running on an 18350 battery. I could not get on with the supplied tank, top wicked, so bought two Aspire Nautilus tanks, with bottom coils. As I had bought 10 spare coils, just as well as I went through them like lightning, I decided to re-coil and wick them as and when necessary, using a small plastic tool bought for the job. My question is, to date I have been using Kanthal A1 .25 gauge wire with 9 turns on the coil, with, I think great success. I have just acquired 50 miles (just kidding) of Kanthal A1 .32 wire, now as the .32 will only accept 6 coils in the coil holder because it is a shade thicker, would it drain the battery faster, or do any damage to the mod wiring in the bowl of the pipe. I have been getting about 2.10 ohms with the .25 but the .32 is reading about 1.50 ohms. Would the latter mean the .32 is less resistant to the currant and there for will heat up quicker and hotter. Sorry if the question is naughty step stuff but was hoping some kind soul would put me straight, regards, Gel.

Thank you folks for the warm welcome, I am sorting my questions out to the relevant sub forums, for wire thickness, and flavour concentrates ( oh please let some one know of a tobacco/chestnut concentrate ). I am thinking it would be wise to go with single flavoured mixes, as a novice to start with, and then try adjusting the liquid with drops of other flavours. I personally lean toward the nut, liquorice, black jack, not sweet flavours, although a hint of caramel and vanilla might give a mix some character. Just sent of for some more concentrates (who's a naughty boy then ) to mix pre-Christmas, hoping for a cigar type mix to blow the back of my throat out, Thank you all once again, regards, Gel.

Hallo folks, I'm old, and new to forum, hence the title. Smoked a pipe for 53 years ( not the same one ) and could never seem to bring my self to throw it away. I was bought an e-pipe week ending 16th Nov this year, long boring story, cleaned and put the bonfire pipe away, picked up the elec' pipe and have not put it down since. I bought another pipe, same make, a week later, camouflage pattern, (second child hood, in for a penny ), and two 5ml Nautilus tanks, the supplied tanks with the pipes were not too good, top wicked with silica . Second week I got ambitious, drilled out the coil holders to 2ml and started to coil and wick the Nautilus tanks with .25 Kanthal wire and organic cotton wool, much better. Being in the food industry all my life, I thought it would be silly not to mix my own liquid, I am getting some ingredient together and hope to have a few brews fermenting very soon, so, I have a lot of questions to ask in the mixing section, and the coil wire section, sorry I have not got to grips with all the right names for bits and pieces as of yet. Hope you can put up with any silly questions I am going to ask, and hope even more there are a few other old warriors to back up an old dog learning new tricks, regards, Gel.
