for apple users go into settings then safari and then turn on block pop ups and see if that helps as it was happening on my ipad when the kids were browsing and nothing to do with this site ,since then local slags has not popped up on phone or ipad

i had bad lactic acid cramps about 4 months in when i started vaping 100% pg juices went up to 70% vg re hydrated with various potions and the cramps stopped tried again with high pg recently and got bad cramps again to the point my muscles were cramping at the slightest hint of being used went back up to 70% and about 10 days later the cramps vanished i drink about 2 to 3 ltr of water a day so it is not me being de hydrated.

i have not had a cig since 23 dec 2011 since my wife bought a £100 nucig cig a like yes that is £100 i hit the roof as i did not want to stop and it was more than we could afford at the time so i gave it a go and was surprised i stayed with it for over 2 months then got a riva kit,i will never go back to the ciggies as the smell makes me feel sick and the missus would kill me...i have tried every type of NRT as well and it is total crap apart from the vivid dreams i got from putting a patch on just before bed.

if you are going to use fast freeze on your freezer switch it on 3 or 4 hours before you need to put anything into it as all fast freeze is a bypass of your thermostat and will not run any faster than normal it will just get to it's coldest temperature possible around -30 if you are lucky but is just an electricity burner and will put excess strain on your compressor if you forget to turn it off it will run 24/7,if you are decanting your nic into smaller bottles to freeze fill the bottles as full as possible to minimize air gap at the top as that is what will start to degrade your nic even at low temperatures it will slow it but will never stop it as extreme cold only slows bacteria growth.
