Dear all friends, We reported the advice to tech-depart and edit depart. Good news is that we can mark the ETA, but just for new products By the way, we will mark the details date within 1-14 days restock, while set pre-sale which among 15- 29 days for new items And the page would show Out Of Stock if the supplier cannot provide hot sell items within 10 days but will back to original page when we get the item restock.(that means clients can add to cart ) We don't want to see that you have issue with refund, because that will connect paypal, its complex to deal with that, also will take you several days to get refund. And i got the news that in Quarter 2, the whole site will try to mark ETA for all items and change the shipping time. Its difficult to change the shipping time for ecig right now. Though its still not good as other vendors, but we hope you can see our changes and to be better in future. I really appreciate that your support who pay attention on our site and clients. Hello friends, I want to make an explanation. Pre-sale item on our site will be marked "presale", that's also means supplier won't provide the items immediately, FT, efuntop etc. too. I marked 5-10 days means we can get the item in 2-3 days, and as i explained before, we cannot restock over thousands of items, it would be difficult to deal with if we cannot sold out. So Chinese vendors usually made the order from supplier depends on the demand in market. For instance, this time we ordered 200 pieces Mod and 100 pieces atomizer, hope this can meet the demand from now to next Thursday. Then another hundreds pieces will be restock day by day. Hope this sincerely explanation can give you some help. Last, we applied to change the time on page "within shipping 3 -5 days", because its difficult sometimes. And also shared some advice from you to leader. Then i noticed 5- 10 days to give you the honesty time, we are happy if can ship within 3- 5 days. Best regards

Hello all friends People will meet issue in business and its normal, but i know in the past 3 month, we got lots of issue than any other vendors in China I want to do some explanation. First, even FT cannot marked all items whether in stock or not, but they do better than be update info in time. Usually, we have smok, kanger, joeytech, sigelei,youde items in stock, because we have a deep cooperation with these companies. While other company, we have to contact before we get the item in stock, when we get the order so that we can know how many we should order from supplier. For instance, if we order hundreds of items from a small supplier, then clients didn't show the interest on this kind of item, we cannot back the item to supplier. So its difficult to deal with, the most important problem on GB is that we didn't mark when will it restock or whether its on stock Sorry for the all problem, i will mark whether we have in stock or when will restock when i post. Also hope we can solve the problem soon Best regards

Hello friends, Happy New Year Its true that our site didn't show that whether its in stock or not, because thats not easy to do that. Over 300 thousand sku,and ecig is one of the part of Gearbest. But we are expecting that our site will be on upgrade, so that can help you about the issue. Last, some items on backorder when the parcel hasn't been sent out. Its true that FT seldom has this kind of problem, that's because they have their own factory and we have to order from supplier.
