The system to show stock sometimes shows the date at which the item is expected to arrive at the start but when the item has ran out of stock then it does not show the changes, which is being upgraded soon so it can show that automatically. And the EU warehouse problem,the web programmers have been told about it Hope the tech depart can upgrade the bug soon. Another important resistance is that ecig is one of the part on gearbest. Hello PJ, Most items are in stock here, but some items got lots of order, and the stock is not enough. Then we have to order extra items from manufacturer. If you have flash sales or any sales, it is perfectly possible to change the webpage to "Out of Stock" or "Backorder" automatically as soon as the last one has been sold. Many vapers are getting really tired of this tactic to get more sales without thinking about your customers. On another point, when we go to the EU warehouse page we do not want to see the other prices from China or US or anywhere else. This changed recently. It used to be only the EU warehouse price which was a much better way to do it. Yea, now the problem is that the webpage to"Out of Stock" when the item has been sold out, but flash sale or other sale didn't show that if the same situation, so our system expect to be upgrade in future. To be honest, we developed rapid this year and cause many issues, such as back order ,delivery so we won't set a big target next year and focus on back order and delivery, include the service We sincerely appreciate those who support us this year, and i heard there would be more items to be sent to EU warehouse, the price is different because of the shipping fee and the Customs, most price are close to cost, and we'd like to offer coupon. Last, here is a hot tip, the EU warehouse will have 2 days off in 27-28th during the holiday, so the order may delay 2 days then.
