Sorry isabel22 but someone who has admin rights on your Facebook page has blocked my comments, check the 2 screen dumps below, the first one is me signed on, the 2nd is immediately after I sign off. Notice the 'comment' and 'like' buttons are missing. Hi there (again) I still havent recieved the tiger coils that i ordered on the 28.05.16. WP1605280524242508 I ordered some stuff 2 weeks after that and ive got them already yet i dont have the coils. Forgive me for feeling a little suspicous but something not adding up here. isabel22 please can you advise me whats going on. I am just waiting for a refund on the one I bought which has the same problem. It would be good if we could update it to cure the fault though. I have just been credited for the faulty mod and ordered the Pico lets hope there is no problem with this one. I did cave and order a cheap vr headset off them 2 weeks ago could not believe it when it was delivered in less than 2 weeks I'm still a bit wary of ordering off them but if this is the shape of things to come then I will use them more often still feel for isabel22 because she has had to deal with a lot of problems in the past hopefully her job will get easier Hello, I can promise to all of you when you made an order which were in stock, It will take less 2 weeks for you to get in hand in usual Sometimes it stuck for a while because Customs Also, i am here to give you all the honest answer if you were not sure the shipping time Best regards Isabel |

Forgive me if i cannot reply you one by one
I asked our research depart to check again about the products and sent the request to SMY simeiyue company
They are sure that all items are authentic and no problems when it sent to vendors
So i am also confused that some of friends got the item and had a problem while some others didn't
Anyway, i cannot say it was damaged on road, but i hope our service center can do some compensate for those friends
