isabel22 whilst we're talking about your site can you sort the stupid menu you get on the right of your offer pages on a mobile. Basically it gets in the way of seeing the items in the right hand column as is bloody annoying! Striker42 you are a true gentleman, I am genuinely touched by your generosity. It's so good to know there are still people out there that know the meaning of compassion. I've been going through a bit of a bad time and a few kind words can go such a long way. So thank you for that. Perhaps I let my emotions get the better of me in my earlier posts, but it was just the final straw and something had to be said. I've had time to take a few deep breathes and I trust that the issue will be resolved with the help of isabel. In the mean time I fortunately do have some vaping equipment to get me though. But thank you so much for your kind offer. Thanks to all on this forum that backed me up, it was quite unexpected but restored my faith in humanity. In the mean time i'll wait to see how Gearbest responds and i'm sure all will be fine. Anyway I better leave it there before I upset buggritt again, thanks all. Folks, there is a specific heading for Gearbest stock queries, and it's not this one. This is where we look at news from the vendor, not reading piles of sh## about difficulties viewing on a mobile, or the extreme stress over a few quid. Whilst this is true, not everyone might be aware of the other GB thread buggritt . . . . such points can be addressed without having to resort to belittling other Members. Or posts that are considered inappropriate to this particular thread can be reported and quite easily moved. Which is what I will now do . . . . and tag both jonathan303 & isabel22 so they both are aware of the move. isabel22 can you sort this situation out for us please. I knew shopping from China was different, but this is a whole new level. Isabel22, if you could please advise me on how to get a full refund to my paypal account, I would appreciate that. Gunjack if you have any advice on how to get that refund that would be great. I don't want store credit under any circumstances, I would never have ordered from Gearbest, or the amount that I did, had it not been for the low price. Then how is it that I have an order for four stick picos, and have just had confirmation via support ticket stating that they will be sent via British Express, followed by the response. ''Once we get the stock from the manufacture around Jun 23 - Jul 5 , we will process for you in priority.'' I'm hearing one thing from my support ticket and something completely different from you? They seem to have no issue what so ever sending me these items, so now i'm confused as to who is actually telling the truth. If there is an issue then why are they not bringing this issue to my attention? And why is that crucial information not stated on the website!? You can't knowingly take money from a customer, knowing full well that you will be unable to fulfil that order, and then leave them waiting for a delivery which is never going to happen!? Please send me your order number and tk number i will ask service manager to help you solve the issue some colleague from service center are newer i always give you the honest answer here we can't and won't sell eleaf products to UK and Korea friend or will be fined best regards Isabel

My Pico was cancelled & refunded Mine was to Dear friends, I am sorry for the inconvenient I post a notice several days ago about the issue Eleaf company don't allow us to sell their products to UK and Korea or won't supply goods for us They have local shop there, and our price much cheaper, so they asked us to make the contract We cannot sell to you or we will get a huge fine, hope you can understand I do apology again for the such situation Best regards Isabel
