I recently recieved an smy simeiyue 75 mini from Gearbest i popped a battery in it set at 23w for my builds and its burnt the wick, turns out when i fire it for a few seconds it seems to put full power through the mod then drops down to its normal power. I opened a ticket with Gearbest and had a reply saying wait 2 days while they speak with the company, my reply from them today is yes its a fault, they said keep the mod and we will refund your wallet, or we will send another one. Ive opted for a refund and just wondered is it now a bin job or would anyone have an idea what maybe wrong. Im assuming the chip is faulty but didnt want to bin it as its a nice little stealth mod  Hello Sorry to see this, please open a ticket and send me the tk number I will ask service center to deal with yours Also, i will ask our research depart to negotiate with manufacturer I will give you the honest answer Please be patient Isabel |

Hi there (again) I still havent recieved the tiger coils that i ordered on the 28.05.16. WP1605280524242508 I ordered some stuff 2 weeks after that and ive got them already yet i dont have the coils. Forgive me for feeling a little suspicous but something not adding up here. isabel22 please can you advise me whats going on. I get the same issues with the site there are to many plugins and find the mobile site works better but the short cut list shown on the right of the page tends to block the view of anything on that side, I did try Chrome for it and it was a little better than Firefox. We use Chrome to open our site Its much better than Firefox to be honest Regards Isabel |

The timer was faulty, how can there be different times showing for different people and on different tabs etc . The whole thing was flawed and not fair for everyone. FYI I did have the items in the cart ready for checkout but when a clock which showed minutes remaining suddenly shows zero within 10 seconds is a bull sh!t timer I am sorry i asked the leader and she said no problem In order to avoid the bug, we cancelled this part and add a direct 10USD off part I do apology again if we made you disappointed Regards Isabel |
