Hi isabel22, You'll recall that I placed my order for a Youde Goblin on the 23rd March and payment was taken by Paypal immediately, then a few days later your website changed to show it was out of stock but available for pre-order. After I moaned to you about it, my order changed to show that it would be available from the 10th April. On the 9th April the website was updated to show the Goblin was now available to ship within 3-5 days but my order is still showing "Processing" and I've been informed by Pearl that "I am sorry to tell you that the item you ordered is not available due to high demand." If that is true then why are you still offering it for sale? Could you please try to figure out what is going on? Hi,Arron According to the details of TN, Your package should have been delivered on 9th April.  If you didn't received it. I think you should contact to the local post office. Hope it helps you. I have recieved the order but the istick 50w wasn't in the box  The blue istick 50W is now on backorder, you need to wait for a couple of days or you can change other color. Feel so sorry we didn't inform you beforehand. |

We have 2 bad news for all of you. 1. We can't sell Rdna 40 any more because we got complaint from VaporShark Company. 2. All the order of IPV 4 will be delay 10 more days till 20th April because the factory just start their production of IPV4 today. So, every vendor, no just Gearbest.com have to wait for it. We are very sorry for your inconvenience. so may i ask you to find out why my rdna 40 is still showing as processing even though i canceled the order on the 4th of april and awaiting a refund 9 days later although i was informed 3 to 5 days i know this is not your fault im just curious as to why its still showing as processing when you cant sell it We will send out all the order that was made before the sale was close. Could you PM me your order number so i can give you more detail. Thanks in advance. |

If it's less than 5 days, we won't inform our customer, because it's still within our promised time range: Dispatch:Ships within 3-5 business days. But if we get this more than 5 days, we will spread this delay news on every forums and SNS. Because of the large amount of products and order and the imperfect of our system, it won't be an easy job to send notice to every customer. Only when we can´t get the product back in stock, our aftersale will inform customers a replacement or refund. Thanks for your asking, we will take it seriously and try to find a proper way to let our customers get notified as soon as possible. Hope i can give you a satisfied answer very soon. Please don't take my comments personally but I need to let you know that GearBest needs to improve both communication and despatch/shipping. 1) Vapers are an impatient and demanding bunch constantly waiting for the latest kit to arrive. GearBest are currently taking 10 days just to get an order to PostNL's export centre and another 8 days for it to reach the UK. Both FocalEcig and FastTech offer shipping by ePost (EPS by China Post) for an extra $2. Somehow they are currently getting orders delivered in the UK in 6 days and even normal airmail is only taking 12-14 days. 2) It's unacceptable to take an order for items shown as being in stock, take payment by Paypal and then leave the order showing as "Processing" for 10 days without some kind of explanation for the delay, preferably with a date when you anticipate being able to despatch the order or an offer to refund the payment. We forget that it's something of a modern miracle that we are able to order direct from you on the other side of the world but GearBest is operating in a highly competitive market and if you don't meet European vapers' unreasonable expectations, you will get a reputation as unreliable and rapidly lose business. I hope that you can pass on this message and that GearBest's service will improve. Really thank you so much for giving us these 2 suggestions so detailed. I will take it serious and give your precious feedback to our team to improve our services. It will takes some time, hope you guys can understand. when the ipv4 was announced Pioneer plan to ship device middle of march with a SX330 V3C then around 4th march then announced that shipments would be delayed until 1st week of april and then planned to release device with SX330 V4S chip 3/4 UPDATE: P4YOU HAS ANNOUNCED THE iPV4 NOW UTILIZES TEMPERATURE CONTROL USING THE YIHI SX330-V4S CHIP either gearbest hasn't update their website or Pioneer are doing a special production run for gearbest with the old chip Can you tell us what chip is in the iPV4, it`s really important that we know what we are buying  The chip in our IPV4 is YIHI SX330-V4S. Just put the devices on at your best selling prices, then there is no messing around with dizzy codes and then all customers know that the best price is up on the site for us the customer. These are just my opinions though but this would be easier for me as a customer. Actually, i understand and agree with you. But as we all known, Gearbest.com is a new E-shop. In order to attract more customer, products on our website, especially e-cigs, are almost in the lowest price people can find. So we are commanded to keep the price shown on the website reaching the specific standard. I know it doesn't convenient for all of our customer. isabel22 Can you confirm whether or not the Delta II comes with the RBA base or not? I ask because one picture shows the tank with 2 prebuilt coil heads and the others show it with 1 prebuilt coil head and the RBA head. The RBA isn't included with other retailers i've seen, it's sold as an extra item so wanted to check,thanks.
