Saw Katherine from ECITA along with a doctor from the BMA on Daybreak this morning discussing whether E-Cigs should be banned from public places Well...............words fail me with the BMA doc who gave a reason for a ban in public places as (not sure if I got this right) "if an ex-smoker smelt the vapour, he/she would most likely go back to smoking"  Did however like Katherine's mod that she brought with her and I hope someone gave that BMA doc a kick up the backside..............the smell would entice an ex-smoker back to smoking............oh pleeze lol |

Been happily mixing away and decided that I was ready to mix larger quantities of my fave flavours. the majority have turned out quite well apart from the ameretto..........oh dear that is a tad on the strong side  Can I add a bit more PG/VG to dilute it as I dont want to waste a 30ml bottle.............it turned out great when I done the 10mls previously but I think I may have added too much flavouring. so to dilute or not? TIA |

The first time I tried quitting with patches I had some success.............18mths cig free then after stress caused by a major upheaval I started again and kept on smoking until Jan 2012 when I discovered e-cigs and this forum and since then...............even with some bad things happening I've not touched a stinky so my view would be that e-cigs arer much better than any patch, gum, inhilator or spray |

Seconded for the Doppio Espresso it is the best coffee taste in a e-liquid I've come across, try Vapourjuice UK for the ready mixed, he does it in 20ml bottles only as far as I know. Just tried mixing my own Doppio and so far its just as good, even if I say it myself |
