Ripshod I'm sorry to hear you have a reaction to PG too. I don't have too many ill effects apart from a slightly tight chest. To be fair I've been smoking it non-stop recently with 18mg nicotine so it's probably just a good sign that I need to cut down anyway. Have you tried reducing nicotine?
Don't go back to the real smokes mate!

The bite extra is extremely cheap - 100ml for £8. Looking at the sites flavoured mixes on offer, I don't know where to start. Do most people have a large collection on VG's that they mix together experimenting? I'm imagining a lot looking like Gandalf! Or is there a set list of mixes people follow like with cocktails?

Igual that's brilliant advice, thanks very much. I'm amazed at how many liquids are out there and assumed when I first started reading this forum that mixes were just 2 * ready made liquids, not additives. I'm going to order them both and give them a whirl with some 100% VG's.
thanks very much for your help!

hello all, i've had an ecigarette for around a year and really do like it. I'm currently using american red 70%pg/ 30% vg with 6,12 and 18mg nicotine which to me tastes great. Sometimes I'm having a little bit of a tight chest from it. Is this any cause for concern? I've tried 100% vg which dispels chest tightness but don't get any kind of hit at the back of the throat that I have with a cigarette or PG liquid.
My question is what's the healthiest (VG?) tobacco tasting liquid where you have a hit like smoking the real thing?
Any help or links to suppliers would be much appreciated. If it matters I have a P3 and nautilus chamber.

VG health vs "hit"

I tried posting in a new thread but it said there was no content in message...
