I can't offer any advice that will help, but can reassure you that ours (Burman) is a fussy git, and hates being brushed, to the point where I have scars on my wrists and he has knotted fur on his chest, tummy and hind legs/thighs(?). We're taking him to the vets for a shave, as his legs are now knotted so tightly it can't be comfortable?! I feel bad for it but try and brush him once a day, but sometimes he won't allow any contact with the brush at all. He grabs me with his front paws and then rips my wrist/hand with his back paws! We love him to bits so we (I!!!) persevere.
As for food, sometimes he eats meat. Sometimes it has to be with gravy, sometimes jelly. Then he changes to fish only flavours. This wouldn't be too bad but he likes a change in brands too and sometimes that can be the 'posh' stuff, and others it can be the "is this good for him?" cheap stuff. He always has wet and dry available throughout the day. 2 pouches and a bowl of biscuits (Currently Whiskers fish and Go-cat biccy's) The biscuits aren't our choice, they're his! Some days he doesn't eat a lot, and we suspect he has either found himself a supplier or that he eats birds and mice? (He used to catch mice and then eat them all outside the back door! Gross!)
He seems happy enough, and only this week has discovered a new game which involves lying in ambush for my OH under the bed (hidden by the valance sheet) and grabbing her feet as she gets in and out of bed! Me and the real 'Giz' laugh at this!
I guess if Ripper seems happy enough and is his normal self then there is no need to worry...though I'm no expert.

What's the delivery charge within UK? A bit more than a second class stamp Sorry Marky I haven't bought stamps for ages, but I remember the last time I did my jaw hit the ground! I still find it fantastic to think you can get something from one side of the country to the other in less than 24 hours (Most times ) But I guess like everything these days, the prices just keep going up and up! So often that they don't even print the prices on them any more!

Thanks Giz.. Do you happen to know if it only comes as a tube or does it include the top and bottom compression rings? Good question mate....and...well....erm.....I forgot to check before ordering! Didn't even think about it if I'm honest. Now you mention it I hope so as mine have taken a bit of a battering when I lost my temper and used pliers! Kind of ruins the look a bit. They 'should' arrive tomorrow so will let you know. (Unless CM sees this and replies before?)

A definite, huge, big fat +1 from me too! If anyone can reply to all the emails I send them and still maintain a regular presence on FB AND organise 'boot sales' and 'trolley dash' quiz shows AND keep on top of, what appears to be, a massive demand for Argento's (So huge in fact that by the time the shipment arrived they were straight back in the post the same day - mine arrived today ) AND provide an immediate solution to a website stocking error with a generous (un-necessary and un-expected) discount, then he gets my vote every day of the week!! Chris - I have no idea how you do it, and where you find the time, but I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I have received from you and won't hesitate to recommend you to others and use you again and again! By the way - the Argento is surprisingly much better than the other 18650 mods I have. (It seems more powerful, yet I'm using the same batteries as I do in the others???) It sits in my hand perfectly and my thumb naturally falls on the button. Currently have an imist full of BV fruit punch, and regardless of whatever happened before, this tastes like Um-Bongo and is delish! Oh, and all this with free delivery...

20 at a time??? Wow. I was modest and got 2. My stardust experiences were short lived because I couldn't wait to tinker, and although I recoiled and rewicked them good and proper, the cracks that formed whilst prising/pulling the tube off, decided to leak!
Keep em coming Camperman!

Cheers for the info Gordy - I ordered one in the end. It seems people either love these, or are happy enough with them to not want to get rid of them. Makes me curious and think I'm missing out on something potentially great, it also means that I could be waiting for some time before getting one through this thread?! Having said that - if someone has an imist that is heading for the bin feel free to send it my way as I wouldn't mind trying to mod the coil, or at least look at the possibilities? I'd much rather do it on one thats used and in need of it, rather than the usual and try it on one that's new and not broken! (I used to have stardusts that didn't leak )

DAMMIT. Missed again... ...hate these surprise clearouts Perps. Having said that I'm really not sure if there's anything that i actually need? Have enough carto's, batteries and juice to last easily 12 months, if not 18! I have an Argento on it's way, with another 80mls of juice, oh, and I buckled under the pressure of curiosity and ordered an imist! I need to broaden my horizons where fruit flavours are concerned, but very few catch my eye, and I wouldn't mind some fancy drip tips - chrome/ceramic/marbled! When's part 3 due?

I've tried quite a few cigarette flavours now, and whilst most haven't been close I found Vapour Huts Golden Virginia to be one of the best matches. (£1.79 for 5ml + £1.00 P+P) I also love Hangsen Gold & Silver from Moju Republic. (Currently £6.80 for 30ml with 'moju10' discount code).
Out of the 2 above the G&S will be the one I buy in bulk as it has a much smoother flavour and tastes smokey on the exhale. GV has a very 'ash tray' like smell to it, and the hit is a little harsher in comparison, but analogue-like enough for me to enjoy on those occasions when an analogue is needed!
Taste is subjective so they may taste totally different to you. I was smoking Amber Leaf, 25 a day when I quit, so prefer the rolling tobacco flavour than the taylor made flavour.

Thanks Sandra I pretty much knew that I wouldn't get much joy, but as the saying goes: "if you don't ask, you don't get!. I am not so much averse to spending the money, as, in the grand scheme of things £10 isn't a large amount, but if it doesn't work as I want it, or expect it to, then that £10 is wasted......along with the money I spent on the carto's and tanks that now reside in the cupboard. I have home made tanks, which work great with my fave carto's, but they aren't the prettiest things, and they're something I want to avoid being seen with when out in public! The VH Stones I got recently are absolutely brilliant, when they don't leak or produce an occasional burnt taste. (I think there is going to be a 'fix' of some sort in the near future?) Until the fix is found for the Stones I'm stuck with carto's, which isn't altogether bad, just not as convenient as I would like... ....if that makes sense? Good to hear the negative side though. I am beginning to put flavour above vapour produced and throat hit now so I may be as unimpressed as you are with them?

Cheers Macca I realise the price isn't that great, but with all the tanks/carto's etc I've bought to try out, the costs are mounting up astronomically and I'm kinda hoping (dreaming? ) someone may be willing to get rid for cheap cheap??? Incidentally, ecigwizard seem to have a daily facebook discount of about 14%, which makes a full imist, plus 3 spare tanks less than £10, including postage. Not bad, but I'm unwilling to pay that just in case it's another one for the ''not that good, won't use again' shelf

This is a long shot, but what the hell! Does anyone have an imist they no longer want/use that may wish to sell? I'm not sure how cost effective this will be compared to buying new, with postage etc? I seem to have accumulated lots of different tanks/carto's, and although I have found my perfect all day/everyday carto, I still prefer the idea of being able to see how much juice is left. My other tanks/carto's etc are good, but not great, and lack in certain areas like taste/consistency/leakage/breakage etc etc etc. The imist seem like the best of whats left, and had i not spent a fortune already and had seen these first, then I would already have tried them. They look great and the rebuildability of these tick my 'tinkering' box. I bowed down to popular opinion before and bought a stack of Boge SR carto's and i didn't get on with them! So not wanting to make the same mistake twice figure this is the best way of trying before investing lots. Fingers crossed!
