Good times ahead, I KNOW you'll be impressed!! Hell yes! Just fired it up for the 1st time, wow what a difference! First impressions, really nice quality kit... the Nautilus in particular, it feels well engineered, and fits perfectly on the iStick. The iStick seems really easy to use as well, dead straightforward changing the power setting, and together they make a really nice package. Filled up with some Rhubarb and Custard from LiQuid, and the difference in flavour and throat hit is really noticable, a much more satisfying experience than I've been getting over this last week. Great advice ladies and gents, your previous posts have steered me well, thanks very much. The Atlantis should arrive tomorrow, and then I can see what the difference with sub-ohm performance is. I'm already trying to resist adding to my gear, there's a Sigelei 75w TC on Kings of Vapour for £40... seems a bargain...

Woo-hoo, got my new gear, now to see whether I can tell the difference... I've also got an Atlantis atty on the way as well, and so it starts... A week off the cigs today, so I reckon I deserve a treat

Wow, thank you all so much for the words of welcome and encouragement! I'll check out the juice shops a few have mentioned, I've already noted the list of vendors but obviously there's a lot to choose from there so recommendations as to which ones to try 1st are more than welcome... I'd already placed an order with Joose Juice, I'm going for a fairly wide selection of varied flavours as I have no real idea what will suit, my ego came with a bottle of tobacco flavoured but I'm keen to make a break from that to differentiate this habit from the old one. So, lots of small bottles to experiment, I've seen it mentioned (and it makes perfect sense) that my preferences may change over coming weeks as my taste buds re-adjust to not smoking, so changing often seems advisable. I'll be waiting for the postman eagerly for the next few days until my new gear arrives, I fear I may be falling victim to an addiction to shiny stuff already...

Hi, new member here, just thought I'd check in and say hello.
I'm new to this whole vaping mullarkey, been a smoker for 30+ years, roll-ups for most of that, I'd tried an e-cig a few years back, cartridge type, but didn't stick with it very long.
But, I'm now married (to a non-smoker), have a step-son, I've been increasingly aware that my ridiculous habit impacts not just on me, but also on those around me, especially if it mean I'm not there for them any more.
Then, with the recent views expressed that vaping removes 95% of the harm, I thought it was time to give this a try again.
So I got thoroughly confused by the internet, eventually buying an ego-type that probably isn't the best or cheapest, but that said I now haven't had a cigarette for 5 days, and I can't remember when that's ever been achieved before! it's not perfect, but it's about doing the job.
While poking back around the internet again looking at where to get juice from, and what's available, I stumbled across you guys and have been trying to absorb the advice here from this really welcoming and helpful community you seem to have.
As I say, I just wish I'd found you a week ago... I've just now ordered an iStick 30w and a Nautilius Mini, as this appears to be the consensus view of a good place to properly start, and now I can't wait for them to arrive!
So, thanks for the advice, your previously expressed views have been really helpful, and no doubt I'll be back over coming days and weeks, there still seems a lot to learn!
