John Barrowman can do one! The marketing to children theory? I did make the point that these flavours are there because they sell and since I've been vaping no one sells to under 18s ergo they are bough by adults and made for adults, may end up on the cutting room floor though. well barryman did make the point that in the USA the adverts are everywhere and appeal to kids perhaps it would of been worth mentioning that over there the adverts are often shown during kids tv (no doubt accidently on purpose by the health bigots and tobacco shills to ensure e-cigs get banned) it would of been better if they had made more of a point about differences between the industry in the different sides of the Atlantic, here we have a more proactive advertising regulator, when njoy ads featured on kids tv channels they were yanked after less than 24 hours due to parent complaints the USA has no such fast acting system and the stuff has been quite pervasive over there which is another big part of why so many yanks support the fda deeming regulations, not because they want e-cigs banned but they want the adverts banned ..... similarly our industry largely agreed no sale to kids almost a year before it got debated in parliament to make it a law yet In the USA it took a law for a lot of the industry to decide to do that. barryman is a bit of a twonk though and he shouldn't of been there to comment on stuff that basically doesn't apply in the UK /

the parliamentary site would stop them being able to do the debate, using change .org lets the debate continue but shows them there is public feeling on the matter

well for future reference a whole orange skin placed into the bottom tier of a stove top steamer with the broken down atty's in the strainer section above and the lid on will loosen off the majority of the gunk on t he coil, then you can run it under a hot tap and leave to air dry it might need a couple of goes in the steamer to fully get rid of the discolouration, similarly a pyrex bowl on the bottom shelf of a cold oven with some just boiled water and orange peel in will loosen off any crud In the oven (totally natural and non toxic) and less mess than using a steam cleaner (although I have one of those that I use regularly on the bbq and the lino floors) also a lot cheaper than buying the cleaner, although for he microwave the best option is to put cold water and orange peel in the pyrex bowl then switch it on for 2 minutes (boils the water) and leave the door closed for half an hour whilke it works its magic

I was under the impression importing 100mg was illegal, illegal. Rather than EU TPD after the 20th illegal. Thats why I was looking at the 48mg. IIRC you need a poisons licence to trade in anything over 7.5% or 75 mg and that has been the UK law for donkey's years, though not at all sure if it is just trade or it is to be in position of so would assume the later. found in possession of a banned or controlled substance is a lengthy jail term, as is attempting to import a banned or controlled substance without a licence and your name appearing on the local authorities register of approved poisons controllers, you get the licence from the home office but without doing the council paperwork your not allowed to buy the stuff, that was why the MOD started using Rentokil because all us highly trained chem troopers kept moving from one area to another and they kept forgetting to do the paperwork meaning we were illegally operating poison stores.... still have the pointless bit of card though from the home office that lets me use them......

GunJackthe only argument against buying stuff direct from china is the age old question of "whats in it ?" it wasn't that long ago there was a lot of media attention about liquids they flog containing all sorts of nasty stuff, if it were me I think I would want it tested before I used any of it just to be sure there wasn't something nasty in there, with UK supplied stuff there is less risk associated with it due to our stricter rules on declaring contents and requirements for lab certification, if your happy to take that risk on yourself then I suppose its your choice I would be asking some chemical testing group for their input though, perhaps *-SARIN-* would be the best guy to give definitive answers what with him being in the trade as it were

I try hard to avoid dry burning these days, it's ultrasonic, oven cleaner then ultrasonic again ATM, but I am looking for ways to improve this. Oven Cleaner! Do you mean Mr Muscle or something ???? I would of thought either orange clean or the ammonia based stuff would do a better job at de gunking than my muscle which tends to require some serious working from a stiff brush lol

yeah I don't have an ultrasonic unit although i'm considering getting one, I do have a question about it, do you have to use the cleaner fluid or does it work just as well with plain water ?

Just wanted to update this thread as it's been a few days. The other half down graded back to the version of firmware before the logo one and it has been working fine since. Watts set at 10.5 and stays at 10.5 happy bunny I do miss my Mrs Mac logo though! ahh, I must confess to abstract laziness in firmware updates, I only tend to do them if something is "fixed" by a new one that I need to work otherwise I leave well alone, having said that my evil mini's both came with v3.0 on them and have never been plugged in top anything since the day I got them /
