Ok. So I have distressed it...a little further than I thought I would BUT for me, it's cool. If I do a run of mods, I will have distressed and non-distressed. Have put some clear lacquer on now just to give it a bit more of a shine. Couple more coats and leave to dry for a day or so. Then assembly time!

 So this is one part of the mod. Still needs a couple more coats, then hopefully the few touches that make it a bit nice then gloss. Lid is still priming as I had to start again with the priming as I noticed some cat hair on it...damn cats. |
