mannyer I have read a few complaints about the Mitec switches, they seem overrated and have a higher than usual fail rate like Fat Daddy 510 connectors. From reading about the best switches in that form factor are the ones with a tactile micro-switch inside, sorry I don't have any links. Ahhhh thanks for that. I know the mitec ones are used primarily on the titans and some other 'profesional' box mods so one was to just assume. I do want a big switch, not as big at the 22mm one I put on (man that was a **** to install haha).

Hi mannyer, Long time since I dealt with anything FET and not wanting to again really. Out of interest, is the principle of the MOD boards (devices) to act as voltage doublers with the Mosfet handling pulsed power to the atty's? PWM stuff. Was looking for circuits to browse but did not see much so assume with 555's and displays it went a long the power pulse principle. Add in duty cycle. I am drawn to this because i have an iStick 30W that I think is a clone. It throws "atomizer short" (error) when I use USB pass thru. No problems when on internal battery only. Something ain't measuring right I think? Potentially. I found that if the battery is too low on some of my devises the pass through won't work. In this set up (which is boardless) the idea of the two batteries in parallel just ups the mah. The get doesn't do anything to the vape really just protects the switch. What was it that mad you not wanting to go back?

Looks great, you must be really pleased with it! Yea mate. It's working well. I did get an auto firing problem which I somehow solved. Had to do with the battery sled and I think a contact touching the case...somehow somewhere. Either way it's stopped now haha

Nope mannyer ...that's beyond distressed...it's not purty now * imhoIt's one of a kind though mannyer you could go crazy with distressing multiple colour layers, even distressing some before the next coat, a lot of work though. That's what I did. I did two (and the primer I guess ). I used to relic guitars so it's something I'm used too. I love the element of work and randomness.
