Ok...drilling and holes done. Couple of the magnates fell off but no boggy really hehe. Here it is so far. Yes I know that's a huge switch. Gona use smaller ones next time...my dremel took a beating!

So...magnate time.



This is how I'm doing it. The cylindrical piece is going in the main body and the smaller in the lid. No screws will be used in this.



And I've sized the holes so the body magnate will actually go into the lid also acting as a 'clip' so the lid doesn't have as much play.



And whilst I'm at it, I'll do my single 18650 mod too.







And here they are. I've only epoxy-ed the inner ones first but attached them to the top magnates so the height is right. I'll leave them to dry long enough so I can take off the lid without the magnates coming out and then I'll stick the top ones onto the top. The next so many hours are going to be crucial haha.

I probably wouldn't have noticed it as much if I didn't know it was going to be there haha

Oh...and I've now peeped magnate holes. Must remember epoxy tomorrow

Hehe I used to wire up and rewire guitars and stuff so the wiring bits should be fine. I have done spray finishes on things before too so that should be fine too...but obviously in a perfect world...

Main thing I'm trying to figure out is how exactly I am going to recess the 510. I was thinking of doing it like the titan mod cuz that makes sense. I was gona square it all off but then realised it wouldn't leave me a lot of room for the 510 recess. Might still flatten out the bass though.
