The one I mixed had lemon, anise and creams in it. The anise definitely dropped way off.
Next time will mix a smaller amount and go to town on it.

I have had a few strawberry based diy juice go weak with steeping, seems strawberry is susceptible to this (certainly TPA) i just add another 1% later if required. Ha, never thought of that! Will bear that in mind next time. |

Thanks @broadblaster The custards are fine, it was just this one juice. 50ml of it, great at the start, but about 20ml got left for a while and then seemed flat. Ah well, buggered it up somewhere along the way. Next time 30ml and won't leave any!  |

chykensa, 2 litres ready and another litre almost ready? If you leave this lot for too long doesn't it lose its "Edge"? I've mixed a juice recipe from a guy called HIC on an American forum, it had lemon, anise and creams in it and after a few weeks it definitely seemed flat. Am I storing it wrong? Closed wooden box, cool environment. Maybe I should put larger quantities in the fridge?
