I try to work it so i'm not mixing every week, i like to have one lot in use one lot having a long sleep but about ready to go when needed then the last lot just made fresh and starting to snooze for a few weeks. Also as i have been doing it in lager mix's for a while now i'm letting it sleep for 2mths or more and finding it just gets better and better like a fine wine  |
