How much???????
For a box without temp control???
I did blow £170 on my Vaporshark, but I just had to own it, my preciousssss.
I understand they're not for everyone. Not everyone wants TC. Some prefer to buy modd that will last many years and others prefer to change their mods frequently. Horses for courses, it's down to personal choice. Agreed Greg, the hope was that by getting my VS200, I was buying a mod which was a little bit future proofed. It runs non TC too, down to silly ohms. One idiot fired a screwdriver with it on the you tube. Of course that did not stop me hovering over the Xbox II link this morning because it had a fire bar instead of a button.

Hello there and thank you to the Mod who let me in. I am so excited to find this forum, ever since I started vaping 8 months ago I have been bitten by the what’s new bug. Giving up the weed has actually cost me more cash than when I was sparking up 20 a day! Back in February I was out with the lads in town and one guy had him a VV mod with an Aspire of some description on it. While I was freezing my undercarriage off every half hour or so having a cheroot, he never left his stool.
Anyhoo! Long story short, I tried his set-up, loved it and bought my own iLeaf 30 and Nautilus the next morning, I have never touched a stinky since. Not only do I not get the urge, I actually hate the smell, to think I used to smell like that. Over time I have changed batteries, coils, juices, tanks and am now on a Vaporshark DNA200 with a Kanger Sub and Ni200 TC coils. Temp control is a monster step forward for me. Unfortunately I have been going into vape shops every 3-4 weeks for juice and coming away with the latest bit of kit, not really understanding the mechanics behind my set up. At some point, I started sub-ohming for example, I have no idea why.
There is only so much I can stand of the 30 something, never-grew-up, surf-dude sk8r boi wannabe, never heard of Gillette, yo dude/sweet/bangin’/slammin’/whatever, you tube is their own personal Waynes World morons who prattle on in gibberish for half an hour so I can extract perhaps 2 items of moderately useful information. Seriously, to be a vaper do I have to get a beard, a beanie and a lobotomy?
Anyhoo, back to the positive stuff. I have scanned through the forum and it is teeming with experts and helpful enthusiasts who are more than happy to share their wisdom. I am very much looking forward to my next phase of e-cigs, I am going to start mixing my own juice and building titanium TC coils. I am not so much interested in clouds of vapour, it’s all about the taste as a certain woollen monkey would “say”. Being able to copy someone or follow a recipe works to a point, but I want to understand why things work, I want to learn so I can invent my own combinations. Looking around here, I am certain I am in the right place. It’s like the Central Library of vaping.
Have to go now, I have a stackload of threads to read here.
