Daily Mail on it: www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3572927/European-court-Tougher-rules-electronic-cigarettes.htmlWeird: (not that I watch Ad TV/Radio progs much, so rarely have seen it) The decision means that from May 20, all advertising for e-cigarettes or refills will be banned on television, radio, websites, newspapers and magazines. Billboard advertising will be permitted, as will posters on the sides of buses. But e-cigarette packaging for the first time will have to carry health warnings telling people they contain a ‘highly addictive substance’. Yet in yer face fag smoking continues?

Tobacco remains an easy option still...never mind menthol or canabis flavours (whatever). Poles p*ssed off I guess and largely wont give a...! I suppose leaving this cr*p organisation is one thing but the handwringing of the SoS will likely continue. You won't know what the handwringers do behind closed doors though...will you?
More bits of paper to chuck in the bin.
Keep smoking kids....thats all it says!

Grew up in Carlyon Bay, St Austell, in Cornwall in the 70's - and used to hear the Sonic Boom from Concorde quite regularly for a while - until they stopped or changed the route. Was quite a shock to the system when you first hear it - then just became 'normal' ah yes...gone are the days digicig. Bloody pitiful really because I used to watch the Concorde engines being tested at Filton (Bristol) and around about. Strapped to a Canberra bomber I think...memory now fades? You likely had to keep your head low what with the test pilots slinging new jets out of Boscombe Down and into the Atlantic?

The handwringers are devout yet all the time the tobacco option is open.

I woke up in a slight panic one night (mid 70's) when three QRA Phantoms took off after a Russian Bear..maybe more? A pic turned up next day in the papers of Russian aircrew waving. That was RAF Coningsby and I was in a married quarter about 400 yds off the runway, and am sure the wind was my way.
You get used to those things running up and down..not three off them in one go though. All fun stuff?

Wasn't going to, but I succumbed in the end icon_shoppingm and bought a Kangertech Toptank Mini + spare glass Couldn't find any o-rings for it though - I suppose they'll bring them out one day (apparently the bottom fill subtank mini o-rings don't fit the toptanks ) I bought another too toots. Dumb thing is I passed a new one to my son last week without checking the ring compatibility. Oh well, the other kangers I have seem to not eat o-rings. Will wait for the snail mail.

Neat little camera. I wonder how long before insurance companies give a discount for having one fitted to our cars. They are...allegedly. And the police are likely dead interested.

Yeah I was looking at these as well. I have ordered a night vision one, just in case. I am doing a bit of pimping my ride next week, so may as well I've been stalking bullet IP cams for about 2 years now and don't like what I see in UK and those prices. I have a garage about 50mtrs from my house in London with a spendy car in it. So the night vision stuff interests me plus I don't want to buy some BS just to find out...it is BS. I want to see the faces of any f***ers that try it. Mounting a 50 cal would be good too? I am trying to deal with a factory(?) in China direct so that I can get support. And know of one. Probably need digicig on the case? IR has it uses but not sure of its performance at pinging me over IP. No alarms fitted yet other than the cars.

There are quite a few of those 1080p cams about. I have a Mobius cam which is supported as regards the management s/w and firmware. These are used on the mini copter things. Mines in my car and was £45 from HK direct. www.mobius-actioncam.com/downloads-info/Its good at 720p...1080 is OTT for general surveillance and gobbles the SD card. Not used it at night but there are some comparison vids on Youtube from this guy (Techmoan): My son has a Gopro on his Merc...hanging off the rear? Bit too big for my liking and more loot..
