Hiya - long time no log on, sorry about that, I seem to have taken on the worlds busiest job and I am finding it hard to even see my children on a weekly basis let alone come on this fantastic site. Hope you are all well and some of the regulars remember me?!?
I have an interesting issue - I only buy one type of juice (Vermillion Kentucky Vanilla) and I have happily spent hundreds on the juices over the past year (mostly with this one supplier). I have never complained and never had an issue with their delivery or anything, always been world class. Until the last batch, I have 5/6 bottles here that to me firstly taste incredibly chemically and secondly I suspect that the batch has been mixed wrong and it has a huge amount of nicotine in it. I usually vape at 25mg (2.5%) so I am used to high nicotine but this is just ridiculous.
So I approached them via customer services and was given a rather curt response, so I gave one back and the Op's Director got involved. He has offered me a credit with his store but not for the tune of the bottles affected and also pointed out that I could return them but it wouldn't change a thing because they have checked the batches there and they are fine.
I know these are wrong, positive in fact, they have been steeping for weeks and have not changed colour as they usually do from a light orange colour to a dark almost brown colour.
What I want to know if what you would do in this situation? Is there any way of testing the nicotine strength in pre-made bottles? I want to get to the bottom of this because I feel a bit cheated because of the amount I have spent with them and initially all I wanted was for them to be replaced but they are unwilling to do so (well they are but only partially). It's not the financial aspect, it is the trust and principal of the thing to me. If you mess up and then expect to replace what you have messed up surely?
I'm not naming the supplier involved because this is their first mess up but I want to sort this out but seem to have hit a brick wall in what I can do next.

Mmmm, I think I wold contact them again, and if no joy, take my custom elsewhere. If I went into a Pub and got a bad Pint, complained and was told "its fine, they're all like that!" I would empty my beer on the bar walk out, complaining loudly, and tell everyone I met that the Beer was awful. Same for suppliers, if they dont meet your expectations, change supplier, its your money.

If you Google nicotine testing kits you will get plenty coming up casting just a few pounds each. Well worth the expense and then you will have proof when you approach them again.

Thanks - will take a look. Of course the supplier will probably say I tampered with them.... They have already eluded to that in an email exchange I have had. I'd pick up the phone mate and explain to him what you've put here, get them to swap it and if they're cagey about doing that tell him you'll name them on the forums, and then I'd find another supplier. It's not on them saying its fine, you've Vaped dozens of bottles by the sounds of it so if anyone knows it's not fine it's you, their customer service stinks in my opinion.

I am just about to start on a new mission to get some more kit, the old Provari is looking a bit beaten up so she needs replacing soon with another toy Where's this supplier you mentioned? Didn't see a link in your post? (Ah you edited or I missed it first time) How's you and your epic collection, what's the latest Blakey collection looking like??

The latest collection looks more epicer than it did before Been steadily adding to it bit by bit What are you gonna replace that provari with? You could get a J wrap for it, I did with mine. Returned it to a decent looking mod

What is a J wrap? tried using the forum search function but it didn't enlighten me any further!

Nice - some are epic in there! They won't fit the Provari in 18650 mode though will they? States Standard so figured that was for the standard end cap only.

Hi Globalbloke (Tim) nice to met you, in your position I would do 1 or 2 things. Firstly speak to the head person with the company, who the ops director reports to. I think you have 2 issues to explain 1 the extremely bad customer service and secondly the product. I would also mention that they will be named an shamed on the forums if you receive another unprofessional response. Secondly, and I don't know if this is possible, gget in touch with the people that actually make the juice, (I am presuming they supply whoever you purchase from) and explain the situation to them as well they may be more forthcoming and speak to u our supplier as well. Good luck and let us know who you get on
