Hey Mkcpapa
Really glad your kits has turned up and you are enjoying the experience. Just to support what Dave said, get yourself another battery just in case and maybe some a bit more eliquid to keep you going to. I found when I started that I needed 24mg for the first week until your technique settles down and you get more nic into your system (Im sure you know this already but smoke particles are smaller than vapour so absorb more easily via your lungs. Vapour is best absorbed through tissues in mouth and nose).
Another good atty is the vivi nova as it comes in a tank you can refill very easily. Vapour hut are selling thm for about £3.99 at the moment with one attomiser head or £6.99 with three) and latter on if you want to you can recoil it yourself.

Hi all
A friend of mine ran out of eliquid last week, so he syringedout the dregs from all his nearly empty bottles and salvaged 4ml in total and out it in his vivi nova tank. It was the best vape I have ever had, but almost certainly unreproducable (is that even a word). I am going to try by mixing a little of everything I have just in case......

I'm I would not class myself as very experienced and I'm sure that everyone has their own unique story, but here is some of mine. After smoking tobacco for 19 years I switched straight onto ecigs from day one. The first week was very stressfull making sure my equipment was working and I had emergency orders coming in every day 8 ???. I wish I knew about this and other forums then, cos I was in a panic not to have to smoke real cigarettes so I panic purchased and ran up £300 in the first month. I tried every type of atty I could find and many of the standard batteries too, before settling on a lavatube and a couple of egos. I do feel better (and smug-er) than before I switched. I don't wease, or cough, and recently went for a medical and my blood pressure was down . Also my dentist as told me that my teeth are whiter and my gums healthier, which was a benefit I had not considered . Probably best of all is that my wife kisses me more - of course she used to before, but it's even better in that department too if you get my drift . And I'm allowed to vape in the house. Now I have settled down. I use tube mods with boge XXL cartomisers slotted in 3m or 5ml tanks a lot, as well as a vivi nova, but now I mainly vape on my bottom feeder (very low res atty), or use my beloved Genesis Orion 2.1. I have found my favorite eliquids which are ry4 from Hansen and another ry4 from liberty flights (perfumers apprentice or something, though quite different from Hansens). I also love my Cinnamon Danish and Ry2. I mix all my own eliquid using an iphone app to help with the calcs and bought 500ml of 50mg PG nic juice from nicvapes in USA for about £40. I buy pg from boots for £8 for 500ml and VG from supermarkets (though there has to be a cheaper more effective way of getting VG, just haven't found it yet). I buy my flavorings in bulk from china (healthcabin.com) or from other UK sites when I can buy large quantities (c100ml) cheap -still looking for a cheap supplier of Ry2 and RY4 Hansen flavorings. I vape a lot but it costs me pennies a day for my eliquid. I did a £150 order with healthcabin about 3 months ago, so I have cartomisers egos and most consumables to last another 9-18 months, especially as I'm getting into rebuildables now which are very cheap to run. The biggest problem for me, and many im sure, is how addictive vaping is psychologically. I think I just mentioned that I vape a lot (though I have cut down from 24 mg to 8mg), probably 4-6 ml a day, and I love it. How much do I spend.... Mmmmmmm. Well it's a bit like this..... You know boys (and girls, vaping is equally addictive and not gender discriminative) and their toys. The problem I have is I just want to try new and exciting vaping mods. I have just bought a second hand Provari for £100 and am currently trying to source a second hand reo mini bottom feeder. Once I have these I just have to find rebuildable attys for both. I'm sure you get the picture. What I do is I limit my expenditure to no more than I used to spend on traditional cigarettes, which for me is £100 per month and I try very hard to keep to this. If I wasn't so very weak I could vape on about £15-£20 per month, but what would be the fun in that. Anyway that kit you have found looks great. Try everything you can afford until you get the set up and juices that you love, check out Scott's videos as they are brilliant at e-cig-reviews.com, and enjoy....

Hey Pacer that Provari looks lovely. I have just bought one second hand which I shoud receive in next few day ..... Very exciting. I hope it can survive me as I kill every PV that I come into contact with. Except for my Orion that is. enisis wicks take a bit of getting used to, but produce wonderful vapour, flavour and TH. If I could only hav one PV it would be my Orion. I know I'm a bit late coming into this thread, but I say get the Orion.... Yes I know you have the Provari, but you know you need the Orion too!
Btw Todd has a great YouTube vid on using ss mesh with a vivi nova.
Now I need a Cobra to go with my Provari. Did I just say that out loud? Hope my wife wasn't looking over my shoulder

Thanks Perp. That really helps. I have see some pics and there are a few scratches on it, and will ask the question, but I guess unless you actually know the person you are taking a bit of a risk. Having bought several items second hand (and had to repair one if two soon after) I get that. But with the Provari quality this risk should be reduced. In truth I am a bit clumsy and quite hard on my vaping kit - dropped my new Orion 2.1 the first time I took it out of the house and was gutted that I scratched it, but that's me and hopefully the Provari will last longer than some of my other PV's - so far in six months I have killed by misadventure 3 ego's, 2 ego twists, 2 argentos, 1 Lavatube (repaired many times. It now very dead), a du Bocage Bottom feeder (now repaired by replacing switch), and one home made tube mod.

I really really want to get a Provari, and having killed 2 x ego twists and my Lavatube need something really robust. I have found a second hand v1 with extender cap for £100 incl p&p and PayPal. Should I go for this or save upand get the v2 in black with a blue led? Is there really much difference in performance between the two models? I have done quite a lit of research and it's only .5 amps and more colours a far as I can tell......

I bought 2x 1000ma twists from health cabin for c£14 each, and I love em. They are quite long, but if I take two out with me both with a 6ml DCT along with my spare ego 1000ma standard I can last a full day (I like to chain vape at 1.5ohms). The twists are very long, but I think they are rather elegant, and the vv on such a small PV is just great.
I hope u enjoy yours Ellen.

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. I recently purchased a Du Bocage Box Mod (bottom feeder) on the classifieds, but it keeps misfiring, so I had a little fiddle and discovered that the button was full of juice and the connections quite corroded. I removed it and in the process managed to break it. I would really like to replace it with another button that will fit exactly in the same position (the box has been recessed). On the website the new ones now seems to use SS buttons. kazulinhomods.miiduu.com/bb-box-black-button-v11but the one I have is the one that Scott Reviewed In his review Scott says that it is a weatherproof 5Amp switch. If anyone can let me know where I can get an exact match, or if not another switch that will fit properly. Apart from simple repairs I don't really know anything about modding, switches etc. Finally bit of a long shot, but does anyone know what would be the best varnish to repair a couple on dings on it
